According to foreign media reports, medical imaging technology company Nanox announced that it has built a new MEMS product manufacturing plant in South Korea, and is expected to achieve large-scale production in the middle of this year.
According to public information, the factory will mainly produce X-ray source MEMS devices for medical imaging, using KrF lithography machines and supporting etching and deposition equipment, and can complete the packaging testing of X-ray MEMS products with special specifications.
