The IONIQ 5 N China will be the first model of Hyundai's electrification blueprint in China, which combines the leading electrification technology of the IOINIQ brand with the high-performance advanced technology of the N brand.

At this auto show, Hyundai Motor's N brand's first mass-produced high-performance electric vehicle, the IONIQ 5 N, officially debuted in China. The car is based on Hyundai Motor's E-GMP platform for pure electric vehicles, and combines the top high-performance technology and experience of the N brand to open up new possibilities for "driving pleasure" in the era of electrification. The IONIQ 5 N China is equipped with a dual-motor powertrain and high-performance all-wheel drive technology with a maximum output of 609 PS and a maximum torque of 740 Nm. When the N Grin Boost function is activated, the horsepower of the vehicle can be instantly increased from 609 PS to 650 PS for 10 seconds.
It features the N Drift Optimizer, which balances multiple vehicle controls to maintain the drift angle, perfectly representing the Corner Rascal gene.
