This is also the first regional headquarters of a Fortune 500 foreign company to be established in Zhejiang.

According to statistics, Hangzhou has been listed in the top ten of the "Most Attractive Chinese Cities in the Eyes of Foreign Talents" for 10 consecutive years, with a net inflow of 500,000 people in 2019 alone, and the net inflow rate of overseas talents ranks first among cities in the country.
