First of all, we are going to introduce the passive trigger of the equipment:
Ominous Signs (Prevention)
Deceleration: 15%
Duration: 3 seconds
Ominous Signs as a defensive piece of equipment, slowing down passive will be triggered as long as it is attacked, and the CD is not clear.
Extreme Cold Storm (Anti)
Deceleration: 30%
Duration: 2 seconds
CD: 2 seconds
Although the slowdown of the Ice Heart is also triggered after being attacked, it still requires a single damage of more than 10% of the current life, and there is still a certain threshold. However, from the perspective of deceleration effect, it is slightly stronger than ominous.
Shadow Tomahawk (Attack)
Deceleration: 10%
CD: 8 seconds
As a physical attack equipment, the Black Cut's slowdown effect lasts longer, but the slow passive only takes effect for the unit hit by the first skill.
Breath of Ice (Attack)
Deceleration: 20%
The slowing down passive and unknown CD of the ice rod is not clear, as the only deceleration equipment in the legal suit, it is still quite good from the deceleration effect.
Grip of the Ice Mark (Attack)
Slowdown: 30% (ranged hero usage reduced to 20%)
Duration: 0.5 seconds
CD: 1.2 seconds
The slowing effect of the ice grip is 30%, although the duration is only 0.5 seconds, but the CD is shorter. And the slowdown passive effect is caused by the use of general attacks after the skill, and the ice grip comes with its own cooldown, so it is very suitable for melee heroes.
Pure Firmament (Attack)
The Pure Firmament is an active piece of equipment, while having a passive deceleration effect. Sky's deceleration is a skill that slows down the first hit unit, with a 20% damage reduction effect on the attacked party, which is friendly to crispy skin.
Let's take a look at what gear needs to be actively triggered:
Frost Shock (Attack)
Deceleration: 50%
Duration: 1 second
CD: 90 seconds
Ice armor has an active deceleration effect of up to 50%, which is the highest deceleration effect of all deceleration equipment. However, the relative duration is also relatively short, and it needs to be within a fixed range to take effect.
For ice armor, more important than deceleration is the passive shield effect, and the effect of deceleration is mainly used to increase the stun hard control of 0.25 seconds. If the active effect is successfully released, enemy units can be stunned for up to 1 second.
Shadow Crystal (Attack)
CD: 60 seconds
As an active auxiliary outfit, the appearance rate of the shadow crystal is not high. The 30% 2-second slowdown effect is actually quite good, and the effective range is more than double that of the frost shock.
In particular, the active effect can obtain a view of the grass, and a new way of playing may be developed after Sang Qi is launched
