1. Whole owner/passive safety protection technology
In order to improve the safety performance of hydrogen fuel cell buses, the safety protection technology of active/passive combination is proposed. In terms of active safety protection, the active detection and protection system has been added, which has realized the safety management of vehicles in terms of collision warning, rollover warning, wading, fire safety, high-voltage electric protection, hydrogen leakage linkage control, etc., and further improved the safety protection of vehicles under various environmental conditions. In terms of passive safety protection, the vehicle has designed a special fire extinguishing device for the battery box, optimized the design of the anti-collision device of the hydrogen storage system, and installed a hydrogen leakage detection alarm system and a smoke detection alarm system, which effectively improved the safety protection level of the vehicle.
2. Hydrogen fuel cell bus vehicle reliability technology
In view of the reliability problem of the fuel cell bus operation process, the vehicle is equipped with the easy-to-drive 3.0 control system and is equipped with the "hydrogen-electric" one-key conversion function, which can realize the in-depth control of the vehicle driving mode, improve the response speed of the hydrogen fuel cell bus, and improve the driving control reliability. Hydrogen-electric coupling technology, energy distribution control technology, and fuel cell intelligent control technology are used to improve the output performance of fuel cells and improve the stability of vehicle operation. The unique modular design technology scheme of fuel cell system is adopted to meet the requirements of rapid installation of fuel cell system on different models and realize the generalization of maintenance methods. The reliability of the new fuel cell has been improved, its service life has reached more than 15,000 hours, and the vehicle has a trouble-free operating range of ≥ 10,000km.
3. System integration technology
Hydrogen fuel cell bus system integration technology will efficiently integrate key subsystems such as fuel cell system, hydrogen/air supply system, hydrothermal management system, power system and electronic control system, optimize the structure and control strategy of key components, create a hydrogen-electric depth hybrid system and vehicle integration research and development system for fuel cell buses, reduce the weight of hydrogen fuel cell buses, and improve the overall performance of hydrogen fuel cell buses. The 12-meter hydrogen fuel cell bus developed by Jinlong Bus is rated at 65kW, the mileage under the test conditions reaches 800 kilometers, the actual working condition hydrogen consumption is 6.6kg/100km, and the low temperature cold start temperature reaches -30 °C, which can meet the comprehensive working conditions of most cities in the country, and the technical index level ranks among the top in China.
Not only that, Jinlong Bus also actively promoted the development of technical standards for the hydrogen fuel cell bus industry, and joined the China Fuel Cell Vehicle Evaluation Working Group as a founding unit in 2017. In recent years, Jinlong Bus and a number of domestic enterprises have jointly formulated industry standards for hydrogen fuel cell buses (JT/T1342-2020 fuel cell bus technical specifications, TCSTE120-2021 "frontrunner" standard evaluation requirements, etc.), improving the standard system of domestic hydrogen fuel cell buses.
