Recently, the Longhua Airport social rental housing project is being announced, the project is located in the east to the Golden Dragon Garden, west to the Longhua Garden, south to the Eastern Airlines Golden Leaf Garden, north to Longheng Road, with a plot ratio of 2.5 and a total construction area of 62911.38 square meters.

The project is divided into two phases, of which:

The southern district is the first phase (built), including two residential buildings (14 floors, 20 floors) and about 1500 square meters of supporting commercial facilities, which can accommodate 223 households and 123 parking spaces;
