"All the actors, everyone wants their own actions and pictures, the emotions should be full, the actions should be in place. On the afternoon of March 1, accompanied by soulful and melodious music, the actors of the dance poetry drama "Only This Green" performed their first exercises at the Hainan Provincial Song and Dance Theater for their first performance at the Hainan Station.

More than 40 actors rehearsed carefully and carefully pondered. They don't spare every detail, sometimes spinning, sometimes bouncing on their feet. "In order to ensure the success of the Hainan premiere, every actor is fully engaged in training." Liu Xin, executive director of the dance poetry drama "Only This Green", told the Hainan Daily reporter.

The upper body is leaned back, at an angle parallel to the ground, as if lying drunk in the landscape... At the scene, Danzhou dancer Zeng Xiaoling performed the difficult action "green waist". In 2016, Zeng Xiaoling was admitted to the Beijing Dance Academy after graduating from Jiaji Middle School Haigui School to study chinese folk dance. After graduation, she joined China Oriental Performing Arts Group. "It is a very fortunate thing to be able to participate in such an excellent play as "Only This Green" in one year after entering the China Oriental Performing Arts Group." Zeng Xiaoling said.

Although she has toured 50 times with the troupe in 16 cities across the country, this time returning to her hometown hainan performance has a different significance for her, "Before I learned the news that I was going to perform in Haikou, I was very excited, very much looking forward to meeting the audience in my hometown at the theater, hoping to lead everyone to appreciate the charm of China's excellent traditional culture through our performance." ”

According to Zeng Xiaoling, the whole dance poetry drama contains 7 chapters of "exhibition volume, asking seals, singing silk, searching for stones, learning pens, quenching ink, and painting", and she plays the role of "pen maker". "In order to perfectly present this play, under the director's arrangement, we went to the Palace Museum to listen to the teacher's explanation of "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains", entered the painting world of Wang Ximeng, and followed a number of representative inheritors of national intangible cultural heritage to learn pen making and other skills, and understand the exquisite skills and craftsman spirit that have been passed down for thousands of years in the various processes behind the paintings." Zeng Xiaoling said.

Liu Dinghao, who was born in Dong'ao Town, Wanning, told reporters: "The first time I saw Chinese dance, I was attracted by the beauty of rigidity and softness. In 2015, he was successfully admitted to the Hantang Classical Dance Department of the Beijing Dance Academy, and after graduation, he entered his long-desired China Oriental Performing Arts Group.

Liu Dinghao played a number of roles in the play, such as "ink maker" and "seal carver", "Since the rehearsal, in addition to daily practice, the actors also need to learn a variety of traditional Chinese culture courses, including seal carving, silk weaving, grinding stone, pen making, etc., which can not only unify the style of the actors, but also ensure that everyone can integrate with the temperament of the characters as much as possible, in line with the requirements of the historical era of this dance drama." Liu Dinghao works very weekdays, often staying in the practice room after rehearsals throughout the day, and repeatedly pondering every action.

"'Only This Green' is a very good work, whether it is the arrangement, narrative, or the aesthetics and traditional culture of the Song Dynasty, I am deeply moved. In this team, I have received careful guidance from many seniors, and I have grown very quickly in dance and better understood the characters. "Returning to his hometown to perform for the villagers has always been a dream in Liu Dinghao's heart. He said that he was very grateful to the people in his hometown for their recognition of this dance drama, "This special trip back to his hometown to perform, the opportunity is particularly rare, I think this is also a test for myself." ”

Jin Guodong, who plays the "double" of the painter Wang Ximeng in the play, is 25 years old this year. Because his parents work in Hainan all year round, he will return to Hainan every year to live for a period of time, "I feel that Hainan has developed rapidly in recent years, especially in promoting cultural development." On the one hand, efforts should be made to introduce high-quality performances to guide the public to appreciate elegant art; on the other hand, it is necessary to constantly polish the signboard of Hainan's local culture and take out more efforts to attract the audience. ”

"It can be seen that whether it is enjoying high-level music, drama and dance performances, or watching high-level art exhibitions and participating in cultural exchange activities, these have become an important choice for the amateur life of the people of Hainan." This time back to Hainan to perform, Jin Guodong felt very kind, "I will never be nervous on the stage, because the role can make me burst out of confidence and strength from the bottom of my heart, but this time I want to perform in my second hometown." To be honest, it was really exciting and nervous. ”
