Since the launch of the "Wanli Huanxing" new car long-distance testing activity on February 19, the first batch of convoys have departed from Beijing and arrived in Jinan on February 25 through Dezhou, Binzhou, Dongying, Weifang, Zibo, Linyi and other places. The core purpose of "Wanli Huanxing" is to investigate China's new energy vehicle market and infrastructure including highway service areas on the way to travel, discover new user scenarios, so as to guide and promote the consumption of new energy vehicles, and provide a detailed sample for the transformation of China's automobiles to an intelligent and dual-carbon strategy. At the same time, it also tests hot models in the market to experience vehicle performance and peripheral services to provide guidance for consumers.

At the exchange meeting, the organizer invited representatives of car companies, industry association leaders, experts in the new energy automobile industry chain in Shandong Province, leaders of the highway network service area, senior media, etc., to jointly talk about the results of the first stop of "Wanli Huanxing", and deeply combined with the user car scene to explore the new elements of new retail development, so as to achieve innovation in marketing and service.

At the event site, Fan Xuanbo, the director unit of Qianlianghui and deputy general manager of Ruilan Automobile Sales Company, briefly introduced the enterprise profile of Ruilan Automobile and shared the important position and development prospects played by the substation in the future.

Ruilan is a new company that mainly does power-changing travel, this company was just established in January 2022, but it is actually an old company. We originally belonged to Geely's brand, the original Maple Leaf Car. We have carried out some asset restructuring with Lifan before, so in January this year, a joint venture company jointly established by Geely and Lifan, called Ruilan, is both a new company and an old company. Inherited is Geely's old technology, including sharing the entire R & D system, supply chain system, quality control system, so whether it is from the car itself, quality control, or including power replacement technology, have inherited the original Geely's these technologies, and we are doing innovative business models such as a combination of new and old company. Positioning is a new generation of power exchange travel. The main products are rechargeable and replaceable new energy vehicles.

So although the company is newly established, there are actually two cars. Last year, an MPV was released, and a new sedan was released in February this year, which is mainly for the B-end, online car-hailing, and public vehicles. Just now all the leading experts have also mentioned, especially Chairman Sun raised a particularly high-level problem, everyone does have a lot of their own views and suggestions for charging and replacing electricity, including Secretary General Zhang and Liu Zong, including Secretary General Zhang mentioned, I personally also think that seventy from a certain enterprise point of view, it is impossible to support the entire industry standard, but this is best organized by the national level, the level of the association to establish such a standard. This is a pain point for any OEM.

Just now Mr. Liu mentioned that such a high cost will be passed on to consumers, and more costs will be borne by the main engine factory, especially in the early stage of construction. To put it bluntly, the pricing is too high, and the user will not pay. So in the early stage, in fact, the pressure on the main engine factory is greater, including the power exchange operation company, of course, for us, for Ruilan, for Geely, the pressure will be greater, because the main engine factory is also us, the power exchange operation company is also us, then our pressure is indeed very large, we are also more willing to the country to establish the corresponding standards in charging.

Just now Secretary General Zhang also mentioned that the development of new energy vehicles is now very rapid, nearly 20% in December last year, about 20% in the first quarter of this year, and it is expected that more than 4 million new vehicles will be added this year. The construction of charging piles must not keep up with this speed, including from the national or government level, land resources are limited, the more the city, and then the difficulty of building charging piles is getting higher and higher, including high-voltage power resources, the pressure on the national grid is also very large. We have actually encountered this practical difficulty in the process of building and replacing power stations, and replacement power stations do not need to be built so much in some cities, and I believe that the pressure will be greater from the perspective of the construction of charging piles. In this way, the phenomenon of queuing will be very, very serious, and this will be wasted a lot in terms of time cost.

From the perspective of battery loss, the loss of fast charging to the battery is still relatively large, and it is actually a huge waste of resources. Why we are still relatively firm, think that the power exchange model should be a future, because the standards of each main engine factory are not uniform, there will be such consumption difficulties, but I believe that the state will definitely come forward to unify the standards, this will become the future, just mentioned no matter from the land resources, the resources of the power station, and the use efficiency of the battery, the consumer's time perspective, for the power exchange has more advantages than charging, but the first step of the infrastructure investment will be larger. But we have also calculated an account, the efficiency of the real power station, basically a power station can support the vehicle is able to reach 200 to 300 vehicles, and then converted to the charging pile, a day at most an average of more than 10 vehicles. Therefore, in terms of real investment, it is not necessarily much higher than the charging pile. But for the use of land resources and the use of high-voltage power resources, including consumer time savings, I think the creation of this value is still relatively promising, but in this process, it also needs the national level and various partners, and we can work together to build this standard.

We have also been working hard to create an open ecology for the entire power exchange ecology, at the beginning we only used our own power exchange standards, but now we are actually cooperating with other power exchange companies, not completely a closed state of cooperation. So I believe that all the leaders and experts here, including enterprises, I believe that we should have many opportunities for cooperation in the future. We are not saying that we only cooperate with our own internal enterprises, although we said that the change point station was built by ourselves before, but after you can see, we will cooperate with some other power exchange operation companies, and we will issue a press release in the near future.

We are a very open mind, we hope to be able to work with you to establish such an ecological standard, and we welcome you to recommend resources to us, including direct cooperation. Before we and Shandong Expressway still have some cooperation, Shandong we still have a relatively good relationship, in 2020 in Jinan signed a contract to invest 4 billion, established a new production base of new energy, started construction last year, the future production is our future new models. Although it is a new company, it actually has two cars, and it will invest in five cars this year, which may become the fastest growing company of a new force. The new forces sold more than 10,000 in the first year and are expected to exceed 100,000 this year, which is a company that has accumulated a lot of money, although it is a new company. I hope that the leaders and experts will give us more support and advice in the future, and hope to have more cooperation with you.
