Tang Mengmeng 'The Moon is hometown Ming'. The Qi Baishi Award of the 6th Hunan Provincial Art Festival was selected for the 5th National Academy of Fine Arts Exhibition of the National Academy of Painting of China in 2017.
Tang Mengmeng, a member of the Hunan Provincial Artists Association, graduated from the Chinese Painting Figures Major of the China Academy of Art, graduated from the Painting Major of the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts in Turin, Italy (Contemporary Art Studio), and is currently pursuing a doctorate at the Nanjing Academy of the Arts, under the supervision of Professor Liu Weidong, the convener of the Art Discipline Review Group of the Seventh Degree Committee of the State Council and the former dean of the Nanjing Academy of Arts, with the research direction of foreign art history. In 2002, gongbi painting "The Wind Rises" won the Dandelion Gold Award of the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China; in 2011, his work "Cottage Breeze" was selected for the 4th National Youth Art Exhibition; in 2014, his work "Cottage Breeze" was selected for the 12th National Art Exhibition; in 2015 and 2018, he won the "Qi Baishi Art Award", the highest award in the fine arts category of the Fifth and Sixth Hunan Provincial Arts Festivals in Hunan Province, and the 2017 work "JiaJie Be thinking of Relatives" for two consecutive years. It was selected for the 5th National Academy of Fine Arts Exhibition sponsored by the National Academy of Painting of China; the scientific research project "Signs of "Chinese Style" and Multi-directional Influence in Italian Silk Weaving Art in the 13th-14th Centuries" was approved by the 2021 Jiangsu Provincial Postgraduate Research and Practice Innovation Program.
