Recently, FAW Hongqi and Aodong New Energy discussed and exchanged views on topics such as in-depth cooperation in power exchange projects, deepening business exploration, and helping the development of power exchange models. Among them, FAW Hongqi and Aodong New Energy plan to use Changchun as a pilot in 2022 to jointly build a diversified user market ecological business project that promotes the implementation of official vehicles, operating vehicles and private cars under the power exchange model.
The project is mainly aimed at FAW Hongqi E-QM5 power-changing models, and Aodong will build a city-level service network with an extremely fast, shared, safe and friendly power exchange service experience. Since November 2021, Hongqi and Aodong have begun the construction of the power exchange network in Changchun, Jilin Province, and since February this year, the two companies have once again launched the power exchange network project in Songyuan, Jilin Province. At present, Aoneng has laid out 42 substations in Changchun (5 under construction), and has completed the prototype construction of the city-level power exchange service network to meet the energy replenishment needs of local taxis and online ride-hailing vehicles.
