1. In October last year, the company's capital turnover has been problematic, so the employee's five insurance and one gold payment have been postponed. At this point, the company did not communicate with the employees, if there are employees found and inquired, it is said that the company is stocked at the end of the year and will be paid back next month.

I didn't know about it later. But you think, when the money paid to employees is not enough, is not the problem of the amount of funds is already quite serious! At this time, under our normal logic, people who can calculate should know to cut down on food and clothing, open source and save money! But this company didn't...

2. From October to November last year, in the case of problems in capital turnover, the actions and efforts of the business direction were almost invisible. 3. At the beginning of December, the department leader convened a meeting of all employees: due to the problem of capital turnover, the salary payment date was changed from the original 10th to the 20th.

4. On December 19, the department leader called a meeting of all employees: because the money was first transferred to the employees' five insurances in October, the salary was changed to the 27th.

5. In late December, the department leaders called a meeting of all the staff: in November, the functional departments at the back of the salary line only opened 2400 yuan. The business is directly opened by the relevant departments in full, and the remaining money is opened together before January 31.

At the end of June and December, the department leaders called a meeting of all staff again: from the beginning of this month to April of the following year, the frontline functional departments only opened 2400 yuan per month, and the relevant departments of the business were opened in full.

In the middle of July and January, when it was time to open the salary, the company did not move at all. There is no 2400 collar, there is no full amount, and no one who asks who says they don't know and don't know. In the end, some employees could not help but openly inquire in the work group, and the result was silenced by the group.

In mid-August and January, the department leaders met again: the salary funds were very tight, and some employees went home to rest. The monthly salary is adjusted to 80% of the local minimum wage, which is 1500 yuan, and the working hours are to be determined.

This move, to put it bluntly, is a disguised layoff. Because the company did not have the money to pay compensation for layoffs, it took this approach to make everyone leave the job automatically. Notice of payroll for active employees is given before January 31.

Everyone began to resign one after another, and sometimes there were twenty or thirty people around the employee relations section. At this time, the company moved out of the "Resignation Agreement", in order to receive the "Termination of Labor Contract Certificate", it must sign the "Termination Agreement", which states that the company should pay the employee's salary: November salary to be paid before January 31, December salary, February 28, January salary to be paid in March... At the end, it was stressed that the employee could not claim other compensation, otherwise the agreement would be voided.

To put it bluntly, the company will send you a little money in addition to deducting various costs this month, and if there is no leftover, it will not be sent.

"There's no end to it" – that's my first feeling.

In fact, there is no afterword, I just like many people, chose to take up the weapon of the law to protect myself. Although, at the time of writing this article, I have only taken a small step in the program, and I do not know whether the final result will be able to return the income of my labor as I wish. But I think cause and effect are all relative.

If I had learned from this company what an unreliable organization was like, I would have exchanged a very painful experience for one. The person who makes a mistake cannot just say a few words without pain, after all, the lower the cost of making a mistake, the more likely it is for people to make mistakes, and it is not a good thing for themselves, others, and society...
