On February 9, the Federation of Trade Unions of Wuda District, Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia, held a special meeting to arrange the deployment of the goal and task of building harmonious labor relations in 2022.

In order to continue to do a good job in the goal and task of building harmonious labor relations in 2022, the Wuda District Federation of Trade Unions should pay close attention to five aspects: strengthen the construction of the labor relations coordination mechanism. Improve the tripartite mechanism for coordinating labor relations, regularly analyze and judge the situation of labor relations, do a good job in risk prevention and control, and strengthen labor supervision. Regulate the employment of enterprises in accordance with the law, whether to sign labor contracts, arrears of wages, overtime overtime and other illegal acts that harm the rights and interests of workers, and truly protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees; strengthen the guidance of enterprise employment management. Regulate labor dispatch employment and economic layoffs of enterprises in accordance with law. Strengthen the guidance and service for the employment of labor in enterprises, create a platform for employment guidance, and take a variety of measures to actively serve the labor employment of newly registered enterprises; and further promote the creation of harmonious labor relations. Fully implement the three-year action plan for the improvement of the ability of "harmonious peers" in labor relations. Deeply promote the creation of harmonious labor relations, realize the innovation of methods and methods, and widely carry out labor relations publicity activities. Adopt flexible and diverse forms to widely publicize the laws, regulations and policies on labor relations work, and guide and help enterprise workers to know the law and abide by the law.
