Recently, the epidemic situation in many parts of the country has occurred, and the epidemic prevention and control situation of the Aomi Kerong infection in some areas is grim, and the pressure of "foreign defense import" continues to increase. On January 12, the Wuhai City COVID-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters issued an emergency notice to further prevent and respond to the current epidemic import risk.
The notice requires that from 00:00 on January 15, 2022, people from other provinces and cities who come to (return) to Ukraine must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate for the new crown virus within 48 hours. All districts and all inspection points for passages into Ukraine (including "two stations and one station" and all highway checkpoints) should strictly implement inspection measures.
The circular requires that all districts should strictly implement the community report, hotel report, and unit report system for personnel with a history of living in provinces and cities in and outside the province and abroad for 14 days, take the initiative to strengthen investigation, fully grasp information, and timely organize the above-mentioned personnel to implement the nucleic acid testing requirements after entering Ukraine.
The circular emphasizes that after personnel from other provinces and cities enter Ukraine, they should strengthen self-health monitoring, and do not gather, do not eat together, and do not go to public places with dense personnel and confined spaces within 14 days.
The health management measures for personnel from medium- and high-risk areas, persons released from quarantine upon entry, and personnel from other relevant key areas entering Ukraine shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant policies in force.
