The day of the event coincided with the eleventh day of the lunar calendar, which is the traditional "Fu" day in southern Fujian. On-site activities include guessing lantern riddles, wrapping lanterns, making lanterns, etc. In the activity of rubbing tangyuan, community volunteers took out brown sugar and glutinous rice noodles prepared in advance, and invited residents and aunts to participate in the wrapping of tangyuan, everyone gathered together, division of labor and cooperation, some kneaded glutinous rice noodles, some rubbed tangyuan, its joy and harmony, but also prepared leek tofu fried meat and other ingredients, party members and residents eat together "eat fu eat Jia Lao".
In the lantern guessing riddle making activity, community volunteers brought the children together, picked up handmade knives, wire, tape, colored paper, and DIY made cute zodiac lanterns on the spot. At the same time, the community volunteers also prepared 50 red riddles on the themes of changing customs, party building, anti-fraud, garbage classification, and common sense of life, which attracted party members and pedestrians to participate enthusiastically. Taking this opportunity, community volunteers also publicized to the residents and the masses the policy knowledge of stopping food and beverage waste, cultivating civilized behavior, changing customs and customs, banning cannons, labor security, and safe production, giving full play to the ideological edification and cultural education functions of traditional national festivals, and actively cultivating and practicing the core socialist values.
