Zeng Shiqiang: In fact, the whole world can't find out where people come from and where they die. Only we know, but who do we mean? Refers to Lao Tzu. So Lao Tzu's contribution to Chinese culture is only three sentences.
The first sentence: Man is born of the Tao, we come out of the Tao, and after death we return to the Dao.
Where you came from and where you went back, it's very simple and clear.
Second sentence: After the Word gives birth to us, it will not leave us for the rest of its life.
This is called the inability to depart from it. No one can do without the Tao, so there are many folk sayings that we go to seek the Tao. I don't think it's necessary, why? The Word is in you, where else do you go to ask? This is consistent with the Confucian recourse to oneself, and you have to go inside. What we have to do is to know the way, to know, to walk the way, not to seek the way. But here I'm going to interject a sentence, most of us, there is only one problem, a sentence to say, I know, just can't do it. When you know, understand, and you can do it again, then you're all right. So you just have to figure this out and you will naturally adjust yourself. What should be done and what is not necessary. Life should be very easy and comfortable. But we have too many basic ideas today that are wrong, and we don't know ourselves too well. The biggest problem for people today is that they can't understand the words, they can't speak clearly, and they live their lives in confusion.
Third sentence: The Word gives birth to you and follows you all your life, but it does not dominate you at all.
Only we, the Chinese nation, say this, and no other nation says so. Westerners are dominant, God gives birth to you, you will be under God's domination, only the Word does not dominate us. So speaking Chinese is very free, but we don't call it freedom. Lao Tzu gives us the best thing to call it, "self-guest."

5. The avenue is (pan) xi, which can be left and right. All things are born without resignation, and achievements are not famous. Clothing is not the Lord of all things, but can be called small; all things are returned to the Lord but not the Lord, but can be called great. If it is not big in the end, it can become great.
6. The Tao is often nameless, although the park is small, the world is unable to be a subject. If the prince can keep it, all things will be at his own mercy.
Heaven and earth are united, and they are self-equalized by the order of the people.
The origin is famous. The name is also there, and the husband will know it. Know it, so don't die. For example, the Tao is under the heavens, and the Valley of Yuchuan is in the rivers and seas.
