【GAC Group January 2022 Sales Express】Recently, GAC Group announced the January 2022 Production and Sales Express. According to the express, GAC Group's vehicle sales in January were 237,232 units, an increase of 9.16% compared with 217,333 units in the same period last year. Among them, the sales volume of new energy vehicles was 19,121 units, an increase of 115.21% year-on-year, and the sales of energy-saving vehicles were 37,834 units, an increase of 72.95% year-on-year.
In terms of sales of the Group's major car companies, GAC Honda sold 78,489 units in January, an increase of 1.11% year-on-year; GAC Toyota sold 99,900 units, an increase of 11.25% year-on-year; GAC Motor's passenger car sales of 36,564 units, up 6.29% year-on-year; and GAC Aean sold 16,031 units in January, an increase of 117.93% year-on-year. GAC FCA and GAC Mitsubishi sales declined year-on-year, with January sales of 1,725 units and 3,805 units, down 31.06% and 29.54% year-on-year, respectively.
