The seemingly inconspicuous stone bridge is actually a national cultural relics protection unit

Guyue Bridge is a single-hole stone arch bridge of the Song Dynasty, located 100 meters west of Yazhi Street, Chi'an Town, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, spanning Longxi. It was built in the sixth year of Song Jiading (1213). The horizontal stone plaque in the middle of the side of the bridge is engraved with the words "Imperial Song Jiading Decyl Unitary Season Autumn Runyue Construction", which is undoubtedly the age of the construction of the bridge. The Ancient Moon Bridge is built by the single arch longitudinal section column masonry method, and the bridge arch is pentagonal. The total length of the bridge is 31.2 meters, the net span is 15 meters, the width of the bridge deck is 4.5 meters, and the two sides of the bridge are 8.1 meters long, the height of the arrow is 4.15 meters, and the slope is 30 degrees. Although the bridge has been eroded by wind and rain for hundreds of years and the stone has been seriously weathered, it still maintains its quaint style and chic shape. Its stone arch form is similar to the rainbow bridge in the "Qingming Upper River Map", which is an important physical material for the study of ancient stone arch bridges on the mainland, and has high historical and scientific value.
