In order to effectively prevent and resolve contradictions and disputes and ensure the safety and stability of the jurisdiction during the Spring Festival, in accordance with the requirements of the special action of "six preventions and six promotions", from January 30 to February 6, 2022, the staff of the Shiqiao Judicial Office of the Linying County Bureau of Justice visited and inquired about all villages and villages within the jurisdiction, carried out in-depth centralized investigation and resolution of contradictions and disputes, and focused on solving hidden dangers and prominent problems affecting the stability of the grass-roots level, and minimizing disharmony factors.
During this period, the staff of the judicial office conducted investigation of contradictions and disputes with village cadres in Lingzi Li Village, Fangzhuang Village and other villages, deeply understood potential contradictions and disputes from the village cadres, further grasped the potential unstable factors in a timely and accurate manner, and effectively clarified, accurately, and comprehensively explored the situation, so as to achieve early prediction, early investigation, early detection, early intervention, and early mediation; at the same time, taking the opportunity of this investigation of contradictions and disputes, they visited 6 social corrections subjects in their jurisdiction, and gained an in-depth understanding of the recent life, work, and ideological dynamics of community corrections subjects. It also emphasizes that community corrections subjects should conscientiously abide by the provisions of community corrections.
During the Spring Festival, the Shiqiao Judicial Institute visited 14 villages, more than 40 parties, investigated 9 clues to contradictions and disputes, 7 cases entered the mediation procedure, 6 cases have been resolved, and 2 cases have been guided litigation. Among them, 2 cases involved the key cases of "six prevention and six promotions", including 1 marriage and family dispute and 1 debt dispute.
