Airbnb violated pricing laws and did not prominently display licenses on the homepage! Affiliates were fined

From January 1, 2019 to August 31, 2021, the Airbnb App operated by Anpione has not continuously published the "Value-added Telecom Business License" or the link logo of the above information in a conspicuous position on the homepage.

In addition, the license publicity behavior of the operators in the "Airbnb" App platform is operated by The Company, but the Company only sets up the function of publicizing the information of the operator's Business License in the platform, and does not set up the function of publicizing the information of the Special Industry License. After investigation, from January 1, 2019 to August 31, 2021, the hotels (operators in the platform) that cooperated with and operated with Amphibine Company had the problem of not continuously publishing the "Special Industry License" or the link identification of the above information in a conspicuous position on the homepage, but still operated normally, and Amphibious Company did not take necessary measures.

Nandu reporter noted that since November 2018, Angel has carried out promotional activities on the "Airbnb" App it operates in the form of a cross-line price. After verification, the price of the line in the promotion is entered by the operator in the platform based on the price recommended by the Airbnb App or otherwise. The Airbnb App operated by Antibes carries out price promotions based on the crossed price, does not accurately indicate or indicate the meaning of the crossed price, and does not prove that the marked compared price is true and based.

The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision believed that The above-mentioned behavior of Amphibine violated the relevant provisions of the Price Law and the E-commerce Law, so it warned it and fined it 400,000 yuan.
