Positioned as a medium-sized SUV, pathfinder was previously introduced to domestic sales in the form of parallel imports, but the state of no one's attention also made the model slowly abandon the introduction. This time, Dongfeng Nissan may be domestically produced in 2022 and is expected to be listed for sale at the end of 2022.
Judging from the patent diagram, there is no difference from the appearance of Nissan Pathfinder, which was previously unveiled overseas. Nissan's new Pathfinder, unveiled at last year's Los Angeles Auto Show, is a seven-seater medium-sized SUV that will be built on the same platform as the all-new Infiniti QX60.
In terms of appearance, the new Pathfinder follows the latest family design language, and the front face is equipped with a family-style V-motion intake grille, which is large in size, rugged in shape, and the internal multi-banner stripes have also been blackened. The front of the car was replaced with Nissan's new flat logo, and the headlights were layered with LED headlight sets.
From the side, details such as straight and full lines, elongated tail compartment after the C-pillar, black luggage rack, and solid double five rims add a lot to the car. The tail is complemented by a new taillight shape and Pathfinder logo, while the thick silver lower skid plate also maintains the wild nature of this SUV.
Interior part, the new car changes are more obvious, this set of cockpit can achieve three-screen linkage, with 12.3-inch full LCD dashboard + 10.8-inch HUD head-up display + 9-inch suspension central control screen, the visual effect is more technological, and support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
In addition, in terms of seat layout, the new Pathfinder adopts a 2+2+3 7-seat layout, which is the same as the new Infiniti QX60.
In terms of power, the new Pathfinder is based on the CMF-C/D architecture, equipped with a 3.5L V6 naturally aspirated engine, with a maximum power of 288 horsepower, a peak torque of 351 Nm, matching a 9-speed automatic transmission, and equipped with Nissan's new intelligent four-wheel drive and terrain mode switching.
It is reported that the future domestic version is expected to use a 2.0T four-cylinder engine and match the 9-speed manual transmission.
