Since 2017, Shuzhilian began to try hardware products, until 2021 finally realized the integration of soft and hardware in the industrial field. The first AI-AOI of Shuzhilian brings together the technical precipitation of Shuzhilian in intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mechanical research and development, etc., which strongly proves that Shuzhilian has the strength to explore and expand cutting-edge fields. This also reflects the team's strong software and hardware algorithm capabilities, sufficient delivery experience and fast service supporting response capabilities. "2020 is the most difficult year, 2021 is a challenging year, we are not a team of PPT manufacturing equipment, we completed all the work from development to commissioning in 3-4 months, and successfully completed the delivery." The light-chasing AI-AOI is equipped with the DigitalLink deep learning neural network model, which collects the multiple successful landing experiences and massive defect data of The Digital Link in the pan-semiconductor industry, which can effectively solve the core pain points of traditional AOI in terms of programming/debugging time, high misjudgment, and different operating results. Based on this model, the commissioning time of the previous 1-2 hours can be reduced to less than 10 minutes. At the same time, the detection rate can reach 99.95%, and the false positive rate is less than 0.3%.
At the 10th anniversary conference, he also revealed that in order to achieve a breakthrough in hardware, Shuzhilian started technical pre-research 3 years ago, during which 3 technical iterations, more than 30 invention patents have been applied for, and 13 patent certifications have been obtained.
