On January 27, data research institute Counterpoint Research announced China's mobile phone shipments in the fourth quarter, of which Apple was first, Vivo was second, and OPPO was third.

It is understood that Apple accounted for 23% of the shipment share in the fourth quarter, the second place vivo accounted for 19%, and the third place OPPO 17%. Honor and Xiaomi ranked fourth and fifth, respectively, with shipments accounting for 15% and 13% respectively.
Analysts at the agency said, "Apple's outstanding performance is driven by its pricing strategy, which rose to the top spot in the Chinese market after the iPhone 13 was released last September." After that, for most of the fourth quarter, it remained in the lead. "But this year's mobile phone market is also not good, the fourth quarter fell by 9% year-on-year."
