For the non-case units involved in the case that actively report to the company, whether actively or passively providing improper benefits to the company's employees or their relatives, as long as they take the initiative to provide information and actively cooperate with the investigation, and promise not to cause similar problems in the future, BYD will give certain understanding and guarantees - for foreign units that intend to establish cooperative relations, BYD will retain or give priority to providing cooperation opportunities and preferential treatment according to their qualifications, business nature, report content, etc.; for foreign units that have established cooperative relations, BYD will continue to cooperate with it and will not pursue liability for breach of contract for the corrupt acts it has been involved in and voluntarily reported.
BYD said that in the process of investigation, by taking the initiative to provide corrupt information that the company does not have, BYD will be exempted from pursuing its corresponding breach of contract liability, while giving business protection. After the investigation is true, BYD will also give the informant a reward ranging from 5,000 yuan to 10 million yuan according to the validity of the clues provided, the nature and severity of the case.
BYD's new energy vehicles rose in price, sales soared 231.6% last year

Previously, many new energy vehicle companies have raised prices, and sales may not be greatly affected

Yu Te, an analyst at Tianfeng Securities, said that with the rapid and stable growth of new energy vehicle sales and the gradual improvement of ownership, the energy replenishment anxiety of new energy vehicles will gradually replace the mileage anxiety as the main contradiction, the charging and replacing industry will develop rapidly, and the market space is large; at the same time, the exploration of technical routes and business models such as high-power fast charging + 800V voltage platform, broadband-like operation + third-party unified construction and management, power exchange + BaaS mode will bring new opportunities to the industry.
CITIC Securities pointed out that the rapid growth of new energy vehicle production and sales will give birth to the accelerated development of the charging and replacing industry, comprehensively considering the advantages of the power exchange model is more efficient, more friendly to the power grid and land, as well as the disadvantages of lower standardization, relatively closed system, higher investment costs, etc. It is expected that the domestic new energy vehicle supplementary market will still maintain the pattern of charging as the main and power replacement as a supplement in the next 5 years, but under the impetus of capital, main engine plants, policies, etc., it is expected that the application and promotion of the power exchange model in some high-end passenger cars and operational vehicles will be significantly accelerated.
