The case, a 29-year-old male, is a staff member handling import business in the cargo area of Pudong Airport, living in Group 8 of Happiness Village, Fengcheng Town, Fengxian District.
On January 23, due to fever, he drove himself to the fever clinic of Fengcheng Hospital in Fengxian District, and the nucleic acid test results were abnormal. On the 24th, he was positive and diagnosed as a confirmed case (mild).
The case was fully vaccinated. It underwent a routine nucleic acid test twice a week in the unit, the last of which was on January 20, and the results were negative.

National Health Commission: Individual clinics need to be engaged in clinical work in the same specialty for five years
On January 21, the National Health Commission issued the Interim Measures for the Administration of Clinic Filing (Draft for Solicitation of Comments) and the Basic Standards for Clinics (2022 Revision, Draft for Solicitation of Comments) for public comment.

The draft opinion on the filing system of clinics points out that the following conditions should be met to run a clinic:
1. Individuals who run clinics must obtain the qualification of practicing physicians and engage in clinical work in the same specialty in medical and health institutions for 5 years after registration.
2. Where two or more people jointly run a clinic, all partners shall meet the above requirements; where a legal person or other organization runs a clinic, the main person in charge of the clinic shall meet the above requirements.
At least 1 physician in each clinical subject of the clinic is required to be qualified as a practicing physician and have been registered to have been engaged in clinical work in the same specialty in a medical and health institution for 5 years. (Source: National Health Commission)
