On January 13th, the third member congress of the second session of Shanghai Hebei Handan Chamber of Commerce was successfully held at the Chongming District Maritime Flower Island Conference Center, and more than 30 people, including Gao Hongwei, former director of Hebei Provincial Office in Shanghai, Wei Baosheng, president of Shanghai Hebei Handan Chamber of Commerce, Liu Wei, executive president, Li Shibin, Yan Tingyi representatives, and member representatives attended the conference. The meeting deliberated and adopted the "2021 Annual Work Report and 2022 Work Plan of Shanghai Hebei Handan Chamber of Commerce", "2021 Annual Financial Report of Shanghai Hebei Handan Chamber of Commerce", "2021 Annual Report of the Supervisory Board of Shanghai Hebei Handan Chamber of Commerce", deliberated and adopted the "Resolution of Shanghai Hebei Handan Chamber of Commerce on Adding Governing Units", agreed to add Zhao Guoqing and Li Bingwei as governing units of the Chamber of Commerce, and deliberated and adopted the newly revised "Shanghai Hebei Handan Chamber of Commerce President Rotation System". New requirements were put forward for the role of the presidents in the construction of the Chamber of Commerce. On January 12th, Shanghai Hebei Handan Chamber of Commerce organized members to build a team at the Sea Flower Island Resort in Chongming District, and more than 40 members and their families participated in the event.
