Li Zhi pointed out in the work report that the number of cases accepted by Shaanxi courts exceeded one million for the first time in the whole year, reaching 1,061,700 (1,023,100 new cases were received), and 964,300 cases were concluded, and the number of cases closed increased by 37.83% and 31.77% respectively year-on-year, ranking 10th in the country. Among them, the Shaanxi Provincial Higher People's Court accepted 13,159 cases (12,834 new cases) and concluded 12,033 cases, up 40.53% and 33.06% respectively year-on-year, and the increase ranked 4th and 3rd among the national high courts.
