In order to carry out the "Year of Work Style Capacity Building" in an in-depth and down-to-earth manner, strengthen the construction of a linkage governance and coordination service mechanism between the courts and various financial institutions, and jointly maintain the economic and social harmony and stability of Weidu District, on the afternoon of February 9, 2022, the Weidu District People's Court invited banking representatives to hold a "Financial Dispute Trial Enforcement Seminar" to jointly discuss the filing, trial and enforcement of financial disputes, and work together to optimize the rule of law business environment and resolve financial risks.
The meeting was co-chaired by Cao Xiaohui, a member of the party leading group and vice president, and Shen Yongxiang, a full-time member of the adjudication committee. The principal responsible persons of the Executive Bureau, the Second Civil Tribunal and the Case Filing Division attended the meeting as observers, and 10 financial institutions, including the Xuchang Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the Xuchang Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China, and the Xuchang Branch of zhongyuan Bank, were invited to attend the meeting.

At the meeting, Comrade Cao Xiaohui and Comrade Shen Yongxiang respectively started from the enforcement work and financial work in charge, and communicated sincerely and effectively with the representatives of the participating financial institutions on the issues involved in the trial and enforcement of financial dispute cases. Representatives of financial institutions spoke enthusiastically, hoping that the court could carry out normalized guidance to banks in terms of pre-litigation property preservation, increase enforcement and financial risk prevention, and expressed their willingness to fully cooperate with the court's work and jointly build a diversified solution mechanism for financial risks. For some questions with concentrated responses, the executive board and the responsible persons of the Second Civil Tribunal answered and explained on the spot. Subsequently, everyone further exchanged and discussed relevant issues and individual cases, analyzed the specific case situation, and discussed and exchanged opinions on the application of law and adjudication opinions. At the same time, in order to improve the efficiency of trial and enforcement and reduce the litigation costs of banks, the two sides also actively negotiated on how to promote merger filing, trial and enforcement in the next step.
"Pre-litigation mediation, online case filing, and online hearings are convenient and efficient, and I thank the court for helping financial institutions develop and provide us with legal advice and assistance in handling financial non-performing debt cases!" Delegates fully affirmed this new mode of work and expressed their active participation and cooperation.
This seminar has further clarified the direction for handling relevant financial cases in the future, laid a solid foundation for judges with various posts to better play their adjudication functions, stabilize financial order, improve the quality and efficiency of case handling, and provide high-quality and efficient judicial guarantees and services for the masses. In the future, the Weidu District Court will continue to carry out relevant activities, actively explore a practical and feasible new model for trial and enforcement work, perform its duties, face difficulties, and work hard to create a high-quality judicial business environment of integrity and law-abiding.
