Xu Xinrong was elected chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference

Xi'an, 20 Jan (China News Network) -- On the afternoon of 20 January, the fifth meeting of the Twelfth Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) held its second plenary meeting to hold the election of the general assembly. Xu Xinrong was elected chairman of the 12th Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

By secret ballot, the meeting elected Xu Xinrong as chairman of the 12th Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Zhang Guangzhi as vice chairman of the 12th Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Xue Zhanhai as secretary general of the 12th Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Wang Yongming, Wang Xiaochi, Wang Aimin, Xing Keli, Liu Bin, Yan Chaoying, Yang Xiaohong, Zhang Xiaoning, Chen Junfeng, Gao Gaoyin, and Xue Jianxing as standing members of the Twelfth Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

The meeting also deliberated and adopted the "Decision on Accepting Comrade Han Yong's Request to Resign as Chairman of the Twelfth CPPCC Shaanxi Provincial Committee," "Decision on Accepting Comrades Li Xiaodong and Li Dongyu's Request for Resignation from The Posts of Vice Chairmen of the Twelfth Cppcc Shaanxi Provincial Committee," and "Decision on Accepting Comrade Yan Chaoying's Request to Resign as Secretary General of the Twelfth Cppcc Shaanxi Provincial Committee."
