This building is the National Emergency Medical Rescue Base of The Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital of Jilin University, and the acute critical care diagnosis and treatment center was opened on the 20th, marking the official opening of the construction of the national emergency medical rescue base (Jilin) project, and the integrated acute and critical care center was officially put into use.
The National Health and Health Commission proposed in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period that the construction of a national emergency medical rescue base is based on the height of national security strategy, with the protection of people's life and health safety as the foundation, and the improvement of emergency medical rescue capabilities and levels as the focus, aiming to establish a professional, standardized, informatized, modern and international emergency medical rescue system in the mainland, effectively meet the needs of domestic emergency response, and at the same time give play to the role of the mainland in global emergency medical rescue.
It is understood that in May 2021, the Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government determined that the China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University was the project construction unit of the "National Emergency Medical Rescue Base". It is the only "National Emergency Medical Rescue Base" project in Jilin Province. Each province has identified one contractor, of which there are only 32 in the country.
Cui Shusen, secretary of the Party Committee of The China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University, introduced that the project covers an area of 16,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 31,120 square meters, and an estimated investment scale of 580 million yuan, which is divided into 10 parts such as 5G+ information command platform and three-dimensional rescue and transfer center. After completion, the rescue capacity will not only cover Jilin Province, but also radiate most of the northeast region and the eastern part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, providing an important guarantee for the implementation of the national emergency medical rescue strategy in Jilin Province, and helping Jilin Province's "Healthy China" cause to enter the fast lane.
The main building of the acute and critical care center has 4 floors, with a construction area of more than 8,600 square meters, with five major centers of trauma, stroke, chest pain, critical maternal treatment, critical child and newborn treatment as the platform. Set up rescue room, isolation rescue room, emergency room, trauma surgery room and other main functional areas.
CT, MRI, DSA, DR and other high-end equipment auxiliary inspection is readily available. In the emergency intensive care ward, 63 critical care beds are also allocated, and the number of beds is higher than the national requirements. There are 526 new critical medical equipment (sets), supporting nearly 200 medical personnel, which can simultaneously admit and treat more than 60 critically ill patients.
Secretary Cui Shusen said that the acute and critical care diagnosis and treatment center has seamlessly connected pre-hospital treatment, hospital emergency treatment and acute critical care to open up a green life channel. Critically ill patients can take the 120 emergency vehicle directly into the emergency life rescue channel in the building, get off the car and go directly to the rescue room. We also have an "integrated" treatment channel behind the rescue room, which can quickly complete the examination, diagnosis, rescue, monitoring, treatment, surgery, etc., effectively reducing the risk of patients due to transport and saving the valuable time of doctors to rescue patients.
"The emergency intensive care ward is fully connected with the operating room, emergency department, roof apron, etc., and the emergency critical patients are treated through a special channel one-stop treatment, which will effectively shorten the rescue time." After major surgery, patients can directly enter the intensive care ICU, reducing the risk of transport. He said.
In the future, the helicopter rescue scene seen in the TV series will also truly achieve the landing in the rescue of Jilin Province!
Secretary Cui Shusen said that the construction area of the international standardized apron on the roof is 531 square meters. The helicopter of the rescue base will be linked with the 110 and 120 command centers, once there is a dangerous situation that requires helicopter rescue, you can participate in the rescue at the first time, and the patient can directly reach the rescue room through the helicopter rescue channel after landing on the tarmac of the three hospitals by helicopter.
At the same time, the base has also built a 5G command center, equipped with an emergency coordination platform, through 5G communication and the emergency scene, hospital emergency center and intelligent terminals of various disciplines (MDT) to form a complete human-machine collaboration system. It has opened a new era of land and air three-dimensional emergency medical rescue in Jilin Province.
