On the afternoon of January 18, the studio of Shen Tao, a famous teacher in Shaanxi Province, held an online seminar through the Tencent Conference. More than 30 people attended the event, including Jiao Yu, a mathematics teacher and researcher at the Shaanxi Academy of Educational Sciences, Wu Xiaoying, director of the Jintai District Education and Teaching Research Office, all the backbone teachers of the studio, and some mathematics teachers in the district. The meeting was presided over by Ma Jing, a mathematics teacher and researcher of the District Education Teaching and Research Office. Zhang Xiaoming of Fighting Middle School, Li Hua of Weinan Senior High School, JuYong of Petroleum Middle School and three other leaders of mathematics disciplines in Shaanxi Province attended the meeting and shared the results of their slice research.
Mr. Shen Tao, the host of the Shaanxi Provincial Famous Teacher Studio, the provincial discipline leader, the provincial teaching expert, and the senior teacher of petroleum middle school, introduced the specific practices of classroom teaching slice research.
The members of the studio, zhang Xiaoming, vice principal of the provincial teaching expert Fighting Middle School, Mr. Li Hua of Weinan Senior High School, and Mr. Juyong of Shiyou Middle School respectively conducted a sliced study of the senior high school review classes of the first affiliated middle school of Central China Normal University, the attached middle school of Henan Normal University, and the Nanjing Zhonghua Middle School, and analyzed and studied the teaching concepts, contents and methods of famous teachers of famous schools. Teacher Shen Tao of Petroleum Middle School conducted a sliced study of his own high school third-year review, showing the teaching method of the review class with students as the main body and allowing all students to actively participate in the whole process, which embodied the advanced educational concept and was affirmed by Jiao Yu, a teacher of the Provincial Academy of Educational Sciences.
Mr. Jiao Yu, a famous teacher of Shaanxi Province, a provincial-level subject leader, a provincial-level teaching expert, a senior teacher, a special teacher of mathematics in middle schools, and a mathematics teaching and research fellow of the Shaanxi Academy of Educational Sciences, gave a special lecture on "Grasping the Trend and Accurately Preparing for the Examination" for everyone, and put forward an effective review and preparation strategy from the perspective of the basis for preparation, the evaluation system of the college entrance examination, the new curriculum standards and the mathematical propositions of the college entrance examination. Teacher Jiao's accurate guidance on resuming classes pointed out the direction of resuming classes for us, which made us feel greatly inspired.
Wu Xiaoying, director of the Jintai District Education and Teaching Research Office, expressed his heartfelt thanks to Jiao Yu, a teacher of the Provincial Academy of Education, for overcoming the impact of the epidemic and carefully preparing a special lecture with a high position, new concepts, practical methods and very high quality for the seminar, so that the participating teachers had the feeling that "listening to the words of the jun is better than reading ten years of books", and gave a very high evaluation to the practice of the four discipline leaders to slice teaching and research. Director Wu put forward three hopes, hoping that the studio will continue to achieve new achievements under the leadership of teacher Jiao Yu, hoping that the studio will have a greater influence on the development of the country under the leadership of teacher Shen Tao, and hoping that the teachers of the studio will go farther and farther on the road of professional growth.
Finally, Mr. Shen Tao, the host of the Shaanxi Provincial Famous Teacher Studio, arranged and deployed the future work concept of the studio. Teacher Shen said that more such activities will be organized in the future, so that more teachers can participate in teaching and research, so that the teachers in the studio can be continuously improved in their profession.
Through this online cross-regional teaching and research, we jointly discussed and jointly sought strategies and methods to improve the efficiency of the second round of review. This seminar organized by Mr. Shen's famous teacher studio is to build a platform for exchanges and cooperation between school towers, provide opportunities for everyone to learn, exchange and discuss, promote the professional growth of teachers, and help to further optimize classroom teaching and improve the quality of education.
