Chengdu city issued and implemented the "Ten Major Projects for a Happy and Beautiful Life", covering ten major areas closely related to the masses and enterprises, such as residents' income, cost of living competitiveness, public services, and urban commuting. Combined with regional realities, Chengdu High-tech Zone has focused on basic public services, social security, urban governance, urban quality, etc., solidly carried out ten major projects such as improving residents' income level, doubling high-quality public services, urban renewal and transformation and upgrading of old residential areas, and launched 115 key projects of ten major projects for a happy and beautiful life, with a total investment of more than 60 billion yuan, effectively benefiting the masses.
