"Pu'er Intangible Cultural Heritage Living Room" was selected as "Memorabilia of China's Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection"

Recently, the "Pu'er Intangible Cultural Heritage Living Room" was officially selected into the "Memorabilia of China's Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection (2021)", marking a new stage in the protection, inheritance and innovative development of Pu'er Intangible Cultural Heritage.

It is reported that the "Timeline of the Protection of China's Intangible Cultural Heritage (2021)" mainly records the relevant policies, news and representative events of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China and its relevant departments, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government on the protection of intangible cultural heritage in 2021.

"Pu'er Intangible Cultural Heritage Living Room" as a condensation of Pu'er Intangible Cultural Heritage, inheriting ancient innovation, with high recognition and regional unique historical and cultural connotations, reflecting the cultural and living conditions of Pu'er local residents, with a distinct urban temperament. In 2021, in order to fully activate the intangible cultural heritage resources of Pu'er City, implement the concept of "seeing people and seeing things and seeing life" of intangible cultural heritage protection, promote the deep integration of intangible cultural heritage and tourism in Pu'er City, realize the creative transformation and innovative development of intangible cultural heritage, and achieve a win-win situation of intangible cultural heritage social and economic benefits, Pu'er City Cultural Center and Jingsu Tea Culture Communication Co., Ltd. will work together to upgrade the 1680-square-meter "Jingsu Pu'er Tea House Shop" that is being operated into "Pu'er Intangible Cultural Heritage Living Room" for the development and upgrading of intangible cultural heritage products. Carry out all-round and multi-form publicity and display activities such as intangible cultural heritage on-site experience, courtyard small theater, and intangible cultural heritage classroom, and build an offline platform integrating display, science popularization, publicity and sales for Pu'er intangible cultural heritage.

Up to now, the "Pu'er Intangible Cultural Heritage Living Room" has developed and displayed 9 intangible cultural heritage commercialization categories, such as golden water leakage seal, Pu'er tea pressing, fire pond roasted tea, out-of-print woodcut, Dai brocade, Hani embroidery, Zhenyuan black pottery, Dian opera, Dai bamboo weaving and other 9 intangible cultural heritage skills display, performance and experience projects, especially the joint non-genetic inheritors and arts and crafts artists to develop black ancient pottery from low-temperature pottery to high-temperature pottery, and launch black pottery tea ware, which has achieved more successful market results.
