According to the official WeChat public account of the Tianjin Municipal Health Commission "Healthy Tianjin", at 0-24:00 on January 19, 2022, there were 14 new confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia in Tianjin. There are no new confirmed cases of imported COVID-19 from abroad. There are no new indigenous asymptomatic infected persons, and no new asymptomatic infected people imported from abroad. 14 people were cured and discharged from hospital (imported cases from abroad).

From January 8 to January 19, 2022, Tianjin has reported a total of 340 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 340 cases in hospital. A total of 22 asymptomatic infected people have been reported, of which 6 are still under medical observation and 16 are confirmed cases.

From January 2020 to January 19, 2022, Tianjin has reported a cumulative total of 488 confirmed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia, 145 discharged cases, 3 deaths, and 340 cases in hospital. A total of 502 confirmed cases of imported novel coronavirus pneumonia have been reported, 436 discharged cases and 66 cases are in hospital. A total of 501 asymptomatic infected persons (474 cases imported from abroad) were reported, of which 388 cases were released from medical observation, 36 cases were still under medical observation (including 6 cases in China and 30 cases imported from abroad), and 77 cases were converted into confirmed cases. A total of 29,259 close contacts have been traced, and 10,131 people are still under medical observation.
