Sun Ce said to the generals, "Everyone is wrong, I have thought very clearly about this matter. Although Tai Shi Ci was brave and courageous, he attached great importance to benevolence and filial piety, and paid special attention to faith. 'Once you promise your confidant with your heart, death will not be negative', so don't worry about it. That is to say: Sun Ce not only trusted Tai Shi Ci very much, but also had a special understanding of his nature. This also shows from another aspect that Sun Ce still made a lot of effort to understand Tai Shi Ci in the process of subduing him.
The final result did not disappoint Sun Ce, and after Tai Shi Ci completed the assigned work, he returned to see Sun Ce's resume, "the result was reversed as scheduled." Tai Shi Ci impressed the generals of Jiangdong through his own practical actions, and from then on he could be regarded as gaining a foothold in Eastern Wu, and made many military achievements in the process of Sun Ce's later conquests.
However, we can also find a problem through the records in the biography of Tai Shi Ci: Tai Shi Ci was trusted and valued by Sun Ce, but did not get the trust and reuse he deserved during sun quan's period, until he was depressed in his prime.
