Yi Zhilu: This time I will talk about the two ministers of the Eastern Wu Empire and the elder minister Zhang Zhao.
In March 236, Zhang Zhao, the oldest veteran revolutionary of the Eastern Wu Empire and the general of the Auxiliary Wu Empire and the Marquis of Lou, died at the age of eighty-one. It is said that Zhang Zhao's appearance was particularly serious, his behavior and demeanor revealed his majesty, and the ministers of Eastern Wu were in awe of him, and even Sun Quan often said that he did not dare to talk to Zhang Gong alone.
In the early years of Huang Wu (Huang Wu's first year was 222 AD), Sun Quan intended to elect a chancellor. With Zhang Zhao's qualifications, ability, popularity, and aura, he was the perfect candidate for the chancellor, but Sun Quan successively appointed Sun Shao and Gu Yong, two chancellors, and did not let Lao Zhang ascend to the throne.
When Eastern Wu Qunchen heard that Sun Quan planned to set up a chancellor, everyone thought that the post of chancellor was set up for Zhang Zhao, so they recommended Comrade Zhang. Sun Quan said:
Fang has made many troubles today, his official position is high, and his responsibilities are also heavy, which is not the way to give preferential treatment to the minister.

[It doesn't seem to be the head of a military general]
Therefore, Sun Shao, a native of Beihai Commandery (北海郡, in the west of Changle County, Shandong Province), was appointed as the Prime Minister. Sun Shao did gongcao for Kong Rong in his early years, and Kong Rong called him "Langmiao Caiye". After Sun Shao followed Sun Quan, he was often able to make very good suggestions and suggestions, and Sun Quan was very important to him, successively serving as the Taishou of Lujiang and the Commander of the Che Riding History (in 209 AD, after the Battle of Chibi, Liu Bei presented the emperor Liu Xie, with Sun Quan as the general of the Che Riding, leading Xuzhou Mu). This time, Sun Shao worshiped Xiang and Fengyang Envied Marquis.
Yi Zhilu said: Sun Shao has very few records in the history books, but it should not be a waste of time. When Sun Quan was a Che Riding General, Sun Shao served as the chief historian of the Che Riding General's Mansion, equivalent to Sun Quan's great steward, and he was equivalent to Sun Quan to Zhuge Liang (Jiang Wan is the long history of The Qixiang), this kind of person, we call it a person around him, or a confidant. Pei Songzhi's commentary on the Romance of the Three Kingdoms and the Biography of Sun Quan quotes the Biography of the Scribes that when Sun Quan was a general on horseback (in 219 AD, Cao Cao's cousin Sun Quan was a general on horseback), Sun Shao, together with Zhang Zhao and Zheng Zha, formulated the imperial ceremony. Zhang Zhao is a university inquirer, and Zheng Zashi said that "only to learn Boda", then Sun Shao must also be a figure at this level. It can be seen that Sun Shao is not only familiar with the Confucian etiquette system, has profound academic attainments, but is also good at handling various affairs, and more importantly, he is also Sun Quan's confidant. Therefore, Sun Quan used the excuse that "high official positions are not the way to give preferential treatment to ministers" and did not use Zhang Zhao as a face, which was purely a lie.
In May 225, Sun Shao died, and the Wenwu officials again recommended Zhang Zhao as a chancellor. Sun Quan said:
Why don't I love Zhang Zhao? It's just that the position of chancellor is too heavy, and Zhang Gong has a strong temperament and is easily excited, and the suggestions he makes, in case I can't accept them, will definitely produce resentment and be of no benefit to him.
In June, Sun Quan appointed Taichang Gu Yong as chancellor and Pingshang Shushi.
Yi Cilu said: As for why Sun Quan did not let Zhang Zhao be the prime minister, it is generally believed that Zhang Zhao's personality is too straight and too rigid, as long as he feels that Sun Quan is not right, no matter how many people there are people around him, he will come up and have a hard bar with Sun Quan, and he will not stop until the result is out, which makes Sun Quan annoyed and helpless. And the chancellor has a lot of power, a lot of things to manage, if Zhang Zhao becomes the prime minister, Sun Quan will do something else, the beautiful women should not soak, the big wine should not be drunk, the outing should not go, the hunting should not be engaged, and Zhang Zhao will quarrel all day long. Therefore, we must not worship Zhang Zhao as a face. And Sun Shao and Gu Yong, both have prestige in the dynasty, but they are not leveraged, and Sun Quan uses it with his smooth hands.
I agree with this statement.
In fact, from Sun Quan's appointment of Gu Yong, we can roughly guess what kind of minister Sun Quan needs. Let's make a comparison with Zhuge Liang.
Liu Chan's appointment to Zhuge Liang was: To record Shang Shu Shi with Xiang Xiang and false festivals.
Sun Quan's appointment to Gu Yong was: Dai Sun Shao as Chancellor and Ping Shang Shu Shi.
Not to mention the "fake festival", only "Lu Shang Shu Shi" and "Ping Shang Shu Shi", the distance between the two is about as far as from Beijing to Shanghai.
Lu Shang Shu Shi means that you are in charge of all the palace secrets, you are responsible for the affairs of the Xiangfu, and you are also responsible for the affairs of the Imperial Household; and the Pingshang Shu Shi means that although you are the Minister of The Imperial Household, you cannot control the affairs of the Imperial Household, and at most you are allowed to participate in the discussion.
To put it bluntly, Sun Quan did not want to give Cheng Xiang much power at all.
In addition, I have seen a saying to the effect that Sun Quan, in order to maintain the stability of the Eastern Wu regime, must gradually realize the Jiangdongization of the regime. As the head of the hundred officials, he was first appointed by Sun Shao, who was pro-Jiangdong (they said that Sun Shao was pro-Jiangdong, I have found no evidence), and then succeeded by Gu Yong, who was originally a Jiangdong person, which was a concrete manifestation of Sun Quan's realization of the jiangdongization of the regime. Zhang Zhao, on the other hand, was a northerner with a big temper, and he served as the chancellor, contrary to the policy guidelines of Jiangdonghua.
This view looks very high-end, elevating the appointment of a person to the height of national fortunes, and it is difficult to find a point of emphasis to refute, but it always gives people a sense of far-fetchedness. As for the question of the Easternization of the Eastern Wu regime, we will discuss it in the future, and we will not say more about it here.
Let's look at Gu Yong's situation.
Gu Yongzi Yuansi, a native of Wu County, Wu County, is Sun Quan's relative. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the great Confucian Cai Yong once took refuge in Wu County, and Gu Yong learned from Lao Cai to play the piano and Confucian classics. "Romance of the Three Kingdoms Gu Yong Biography" Pei Songzhi's annotations quoted in the "Biography of Jiang Biao" that Gu Yong studied, was very focused, and had a high level of understanding, and he could understand it at one point. Old Cai was very surprised by his performance, and said, your boy will definitely be able to learn something, today, I will share my name with you (now in my name and Qing). Therefore, Gu Yong and Cai Yong have the same name (邕, 古同 "雍").
Before Gu Yong was twenty years old, he was recommended by the prefecture and county to become the governor of Hefei County, and later served in many places, all of which had achievements. Sun Quan understood that the auditor was too punctual and did not work in the administrative office, but took Gu Yong as the county clerk and had full authority to manage the affairs of the county. Gu Yong asked to get rid of the thieves, the county border was quiet, and the officials obeyed. A few years later, he was promoted to Left Sima (左司馬). In 221 AD, Sun Quan declared himself a vassal to Cao Pi and was given the title of King of Wu, and Gu Yong achieved dali fengchang, took the Shang Shu Order, and was the Marquis of Suixiang of Fengyang. Gu Yong was low-key, and the Hou family did not know, and when he heard that there was a Hou Ye in the family, he was very surprised.
In 225, Gu Yong took his mother from Wu County to Wuchang, sun Quan personally went to celebrate, and saluted the old lady in the hall (personally worshipping his mother in court), and the crown prince Sun Deng and the ministers of the gongqing all came to celebrate. Later in the same year, Sun Shao changed his position to Taichang and was enfeoffed as the Marquis of Liling and replaced Sun Shao as a chancellor.
Yi Zhilu said: Obviously, Gu Yong is also Sun Quan's old iron. Sun Quan personally greeted Gu Yong's old wife, indicating that on the one hand, the relationship between the two families is very close, on the other hand, to send a signal to the hundred officials, Gu Yong, this person, is my favorite. This is actually creating momentum for Gu Yong to worship.
Gu Yong, a person who does not drink alcohol, is silent and taciturn, and behaves steadily, Sun Quan once lamented that Gu Jun did not speak, and as soon as he opened his mouth, he could grasp the essence of the problem. Every time a banquet was set up to drink and have fun, the ministers were afraid of losing their attitude after drinking and being caught by Gu Yong, so they did not dare to let go of drinking. Sun Quan also said that Gu Gong's presence made people unhappy. It can be seen that the ministers and Sun Quan are quite jealous of him.
Gu Yong selects cadres based on their talents and never mixes his likes and dislikes. He often privately visited the people to investigate political gains and losses, and when he had good suggestions, he secretly reported them, and if they were adopted, he would give credit to Sun Quan; if he was not adopted, he would not mention it to others. When Gu Yong expressed his opinion at the imperial court, his words were very smooth, but he would definitely persist to the end what he thought was correct; he would never comment on some major matters without seeing them with his own eyes. Sun Quan sometimes encountered some difficult things to deal with, so he asked Zhongshu Lang to consult Gu Yong. If Gu Yong agreed and felt that things could be implemented, he would repeatedly discuss and study with Zhongshu Lang and prepare wine and dinner; if he did not agree, he would sit precariously, with a serious expression, and did not say a word, and Zhongshu Lang could only go back to report to Sun Quan hungry. Sun Quan has said many times:
Gu Gong was pleased and explained that this matter was feasible; he did not express an opinion, indicating that this matter was not suitable for handling, and gu should consider it carefully.
Yi Zhilu said: See, the meaning of "Pingshang Shushi" is that only what Sun Quan wants you to know can you know. Give Sun Quan a chancellor, don't think about everything, don't let the cannons go wild. Gu Yong did. I think Zhang Zhao can't do it.
Sun Quan once asked his ministers about the gains and losses of political affairs. Zhang Zhao specially conducted a survey and research, and reflected to Sun Quan that there are too many laws and regulations now, and the punishment is somewhat heavy, and it should be reduced or reduced. Sun Quan listened, did not speak for half a day, and then asked Gu Yongdao, Old Gu, what do you think? Gu Yong said that what I had heard was the same as Zhang Gong. Sun Quan ordered discussions on commutation of punishment.
The generals stationed on the banks of the Yangtze River all wanted to make meritorious contributions and serve the country, and many people wrote to say that they should take advantage of the favorable opportunity to send troops to attack the Wei army. Sun Quan asked Gu Yong about this, and Gu Yong said:
I have heard that coveting small profits is a precaution for soldiers, and these rules and regulations of the generals are to invite merit for themselves, not for the sake of the country. His Majesty should stop it, and if it does not raise the power of the mainland and inflict heavy damage on the enemy, it should not be obeyed.
Sun Quan adopted.
Sun Quan's niece married Gu Yong's nephew and invited Gu Yong's father and son and Gu Yong's grandson Gu Tan to attend the wedding. At that time, Gu Tan was the elected Cao Shangshu of the imperial court, responsible for the adjustment of cadres, appointment and dismissal, and an absolute key post. On the wedding day, Sun Quan was very happy and drank very well. Gu Tan also drank high, stood up to perform street dance for everyone, the crowd cheered, Gu Tan was more interested, and he used his full body to do his best and dance freely. Gu Yong held back a fire in his stomach, but he did not have a seizure at that time.
[Gu Tan danced a good street dance]
The next day, he called Gu Tan over and reprimanded him:
The king made it a virtue to tolerate disrespect, and his subordinates made it a great festival of courtesy and obedience. At that time, Xiao He and Wu Han were both people with great merit, and every time Xiao He saw Emperor Gao, he was cautious in his words and deeds; Wu Han served Emperor Guangwu and was trustworthy and diligent. Do you have any credit for the country? You are only pampered by the door of our house, and you dance what a ghost step dance! I looked like a ghost, and I danced endlessly! Although it was done after drinking, it also shows that you have been pampered and have already thrown the ring of subjectship out of the cloud of nine clouds. In the future, the one who will bring down my family will definitely be your boy!
After saying that, he turned his back and lay down, ignoring Tan again. Gu Tan was sweating profusely by the bear, and did not dare to leave, and the penalty station thought about it for an hour before being released.
Gu Yong died in 243 at the age of seventy-six.
Okay, let's look at Zhang Zhao's situation now.
Zhang Zhaozibu, a native of Pengcheng, was an elder and important minister of Eastern Wu, and when Sun Ce died, Sun Quan was only nineteen years old, and Sun Ceto was alone with Zhang Zhao and Zhou Yu. Sun Ce told Zhang Zhao that if Zhongmou did not take charge, Jun would take matters into his own hands. Zhang Zhao did not live up to Sun Ce's entrustment, and with his great prestige and administrative ability, he wholeheartedly assisted Sun Quan and gradually stabilized the situation in Eastern Wu. We have talked about these things before and will not repeat them.
Sun Quan likes to hunt, not to fight rabbits and pheasants, but to fight tigers and beasts of prey. Sun Quan shot tigers on horseback, and tigers often rushed forward to grab the saddle. Although Sun Quan was not injured, Zhang Zhao's face was frightened and he said to Sun Quan:
Did the general do that? A man who is a king can control the heroes and drive the sages, but is he riding a horse in the wilderness and being braver than the beasts? In case of any accident, wouldn't you not be ashamed to laugh at the people of the world?
Sun Quan quickly apologized and said, I am young and ignorant, which makes you worried.
【Play is the heartbeat】
Sun Quan said so, but still hunting, but the hunting equipment was transformed. He had people build a car with a square hole in the top and no cover so that people could stand on the car. A driver drove for him, and Sun Quan himself stood in the car and shot the beast. Sun Quan gave the car a windy name: the Tiger Shooting Car. Sun Quan rode a horse to hunt, and from time to time there were beasts out of the group, rushing to the front of the car, Sun Quan directly greeted these beasts with his old fist, and he was not tired.
Comrade Zhang tried his best to advise, but Sun Quan just smiled and did not answer.
Sun Quan liked to drink a lot of wine, and when he was fine, he called the courtiers to a cocktail party. When Sun Quan was in Wuchang, he once asked everyone to go up to the fishing platform by the river to drink, and everyone drank backwards and backwards, and some simply fell asleep. Sun Quan had people throw water on the courtiers, wake them up, and say loudly:
Today must be drunk well, when someone drinks too much and falls into the river, when it will end.
Zhang Zhao's face darkened, and he didn't speak, so he stood up and went out and sat down in his car. Sun Quan asked Zhang Zhao to call him back and said, Old Zhang, don't you want to have fun, what kind of fire are you making?
Zhang Zhao said:
In the past, the King of Shang Made a Wine Pond Meat Forest for the Drink of the Long Night, and at that time he was just looking for fun, and he didn't think there was anything wrong.
[Zhang Zhao: Shang Yi was just looking for fun at that time! 】
A sentence made Sun Quan speechless, and with a look of shame on his face, he announced the end of the cocktail party.
In 229 AD, Sun Quan declared himself emperor, convened a meeting of hundreds of officials, recalled the past Zhengrong years, and talked about the establishment of the state of Eastern Wu, the greatest merit, the first to recommend Zhou Yu. Zhang Zhao held up the wat board, intending to sing praises to Sun Quan as well, but before he could speak, Sun Quan spoke and said:
Old Zhang, fortunately, I didn't listen to you back then, otherwise, I might be begging for food now!
When Zhang Zhao heard this, he was ashamed and fell to the ground, sweating profusely.
Yi Zhilu said: Before the Battle of Chibi, the main war faction was represented by Zhou Yu and Lu Su, while most of the courtiers, represented by Zhang Zhao, advocated submitting to Cao Cao. Therefore, Sun Quan has this to say.
But slowly, Zhang Zhao advocated being a subject, in fact, not to Cao Cao, but to emperor Xian of Han. Whether the main battle is right or the main surrender is not a good argument, and it is related to the position of the commentator. I will not comment much, but to borrow the point of view of Pei Songzhi Pei's grandfather:
Zhang Zhao was loyal and upright, always made his point of view clear, had a minister's day, and Sun Quan respected him very much. However, the reason why Sun Quan was dissatisfied with Zhang Zhao was mainly that before the Battle of Chibi, Zhang Zhao had opposed the opinions of Zhou Yu and Lu Su and others. Old Pei I thought that Zhang Zhao persuaded Sun Quan to serve Cao Gong, but didn't his thoughts go long?' At a time when the world was in chaos and the people were ruined, Sun Ce and Sun Quan's brothers rose up, and they were all figures worthy of assistance, Zhang Zhao devoted himself to assisting, and tried his best to assist, achieving Sun's hegemony, submitting to the Han Chamber and protecting the people's property. The so-called situation of the three kingdoms was not the goal that Zhang Zhao initially pursued. Cao Cao's battle rose smoothly, established merit with great righteousness, hoped to unify the world, pacify the Jingzhou region, and the Battle of Chibi was such a great opportunity. If Zhang Zhao's proposition could be implemented, then the whole world would have been unified at that time, so how could there have been a later series of military disasters and become another disadvantage of the Warring States! In this way, although Zhang Zhao did not contribute to the Sun family, he had a great contribution to the world! I think that in that year, Dou Rong returned to Han, and the family fortune and national fortune were linked; Zhang Lu lowered Wei, and the reward lasted for generations. Then, if Sun Quan raised all of Wu to the Shun court, how much grace he would receive would be, how can it be measured! From this point of view, Zhang Zhao is not a man of manhood, is not he loyal and righteous!
What Mr. Pei said was very reasonable. However, Dou Rong and Zhang Lu had no ambition to dominate, while Sun Quan had the ambition to compete for the throne, and of course it was impossible to listen to Zhang Zhao. If it is the post-lord Liu Chan, it may be different.
Later generations look at this history and have to think deeply. What is the right choice?
If Sun Quan had been demoted, Liu Bei would not have become a climate, Cao Cao would have unified the world, and whether he would usurp the throne or not, the main war would end in 208 AD.
Sun Quan did not surrender, and by the time the State of Wu was destroyed, it was already 280 AD. Sun Quan himself was emperor for decades, basically realizing his political ideals. However, the world is in strife for seventy-two years, seventy-two years! How many ordinary people died in the war. If Sun Quan had been demoted, history might have had one more "Sun Adou who could not afford to support him", but with seventy-two years of slaughter and slaughter, which choice was more commendable?
Of course, a friend who loves more truth may say, then why did Cao Cao not claim to Sun Quan as a vassal, and didn't this also reduce the seventy-two years of conquest?
This bar can't be lifted.
In short, these ambitious people of great talent want to be the boss themselves, and all kinds of deceit are constantly staged, and the common people are unlucky.
Later, Zhang Zhao asked for retirement on the grounds of old age and illness. Sun Quan changed Zhang Zhao to the rank of Auxiliary Wu general, second only to the Third Division, and changed the title of Marquis of Lou and YiYi. Zhang Zhao stayed at home and had nothing to do, so he annotated Confucian classics such as "Spring and Autumn" and "Analects".
Once, when the envoys of the Shu Kingdom came to visit, the Shu envoys constantly boasted about how good the Shu Kingdom was, and the Eastern Wu courtiers could not catch the invitation. Sun Quan sighed and said, Alas, if Zhang Gong is sitting, a few words can choke Shu to death, and he can also snort an eggplant! Therefore, the next day, Sun Quan sent someone to comfort Zhang Zhao and personally met with Zhang Zhao. Zhang Zhao avoided thanking him, and Sun Quan knelt down to stop him.
Zhang Zhao sat still and said to Sun Quan:
At that time, the empress dowager and the Huan King (Sun Quan's old wife Lady Wu and the elder brother Sun Ce) did not entrust the old minister to His Majesty, but entrusted His Majesty to the old minister. Therefore, the old minister thought of the festival of the courtiers in order to repay the favor, intending to wait until after my death, there is also a place to be praised. But I was short-sighted, often disobeyed the holy will, and thought that after death the remains would be discarded in the ravine wilderness, I did not expect to be called by you to repay the court. The old minister is ignorant, but he knows how to be loyal to the country and do his best for His Majesty, and although he dies, he does not regret it. But if I were to change my opinion, to exchange obedience for glory and win the favor of His Majesty, it would never be possible for an old minister.
[Zhang Zhao: Your Majesty wants me zhang Zhao to pat himself on the back, that is absolutely impossible! 】
Sun Quan apologized profusely to Zhang Zhao.
In 233, Gongsun Yuan of Liaodong declared himself a vassal to Eastern Wu, and Sun Quan sent Taichang Zhang Mi and Xu Yan of Jinwu to wait until Gongsun Yuan of Liaodong was made the King of Yan, and Zhang Zhao strongly objected, saying:
Gongsun Yuan betrayed the State of Wei and was afraid of being subjected to requisition, so he went far and wide to ask us for help, which was not his intention. If Gongsun Yuan suddenly changed his intentions and renewed his loyalty to the State of Wei, our two emissaries would not be able to return, and wouldn't this be to make the people of the world laugh?
[Zhang Zhao: Your Majesty, Gongsun Yuan is a big liar! 】
Therefore, Sun Quan and Zhang Zhao were barded up in the imperial court, no one let anyone, they were all blushing and thick necks, Sun Quan was annoyed and ashamed by Zhang Zhao' bar, holding the handle of the sword, and roared angrily:
When Wu Guoshi enters the palace, they worship the orphans, and when they leave the palace, they worship you. Lonely respect for you, enough to be OK! But your old gentleman can't get off the stage in public, and I'm afraid I can't help but have to fix you.
Zhang Zhao was not afraid, stared at Sun Quan, and said:
Although I knew that His Majesty would not adopt my opinion, I still had to do my best to be loyal every time, because before the empress dowager died, I called the old minister under the bed, and the empress dowager's words of concern for life at that time still echoed in my ears.
Say it, the old tears run rampant.
Sun Quan was also touched by the old man's words and threw the knife aside, and the two cried relatively.
The warm drama of Junchen holding his head and crying was staged, and Zhang Zhao thought that Sun Quan had suddenly woken up and no longer hooked up with Gongsun Yuan. Unexpectedly, Sun Quan should cry and cry, should hook up and continue to hook up, he has already sent Zhang Mi and Xu Yan to set off.
After Zhang Zhao heard about it, he was really angry, claiming that I was sick and would never go to the court again.
Sun Quan is also interesting, the heart said, you are an old thing that does not go to the dynasty, Lao Tzu let you never go to the dynasty, so he sent someone to block the gate of Zhang Zhao's family with a mound of earth, so that you can't open the door.
Zhang Zhao was more interesting, letting his family in the courtyard and blocking the gate with a mound. You don't let Lao Tzu go out, Lao Tzu didn't intend to go out!
As a result, gongsun Yuan's old ghost really shook Sun Quan, killed Zhang Mi and Xu Yan, and sent the first rank to the State of Wei.
To say that Sun Quan was much stronger than Yuan Shao, he found that he was wrong, so he went to apologize to Zhang Zhao and clean up the mound at the gate of Zhang Zhao's house, but Zhang Zhao just didn't come out. Therefore, when Sun Quan once went out, he specially went around to Zhang Zhao's house, went to the gate, and asked someone to invite Zhang Zhao, and Zhang Zhao said that the old man was too sick to get out of bed. Sun Quan let people set fire to the gate of the Zhang family, and said in his heart, I will set a fire to scare you old guy out. Hey, unexpectedly, Zhang Laohan asked people to close all the doors and windows of the home, or did not come out. Sun Quan took a look, it was not a matter of really burning the old man into a roasted whole lamb, and quickly let people put out the fire, and then, they waited at the gate and did not return to the palace.
The emperor has condescended to this position, Old Master Zhang, you can no longer be willful, this will be exterminated! Zhang Zhao's sons forcibly lifted his father up from the bed and sent him outside the gate, Sun Quan and Zhang Zhao shared a car and returned to the palace, and Sun Quan made a profound self-criticism. Zhang Zhao couldn't help it, and from then on he began to go to the court again.
In March 236, Zhang Zhao died. Sun Quan personally attended the funeral and gave Zhang Zhao the title of Marquis of Wen.
[To tell the truth, sometimes Sun Quan's mind is still very large]
Yi Zhilu said: To tell the truth, Sun Quan, as an emperor, was able to come to apologize to Zhang Zhao on a special trip, which is already a rare and precious thing. Lao Zhang actually ignored it and let people pinch a handful of sweat for him. Zhang Zhao and Gu Yong looked at the problem quite the same, but Zhang Zhao did not say no, Gu Yong did not ask me not to say; said that if Sun Quan did not agree, Zhang Zhao would definitely fight, and Gu Yong would not fight with Sun Quan. The two men who are right and who are wrong, benevolence and wisdom. However, as Sun Quan, who is the right person to use as a minister? The reader has his own judgment.
