Born in a poor family in Liuyang City, Hunan Province, Li Bai entered primary school at the age of 8, and when he reached the fourth grade of primary school, his family was even more difficult, so he had to drop out of school and become an apprentice in a dyeing factory, this year, he was only 13 years old.
In 1925, when a revolution broke out in Li Bai's hometown, he did not hesitate to join the children's regiment, stood guard, passed on information, and joined the party organization at the age of 15.
In 1927, Li Bai did an earth-shattering event, he led the Young Pioneers, set fire to a regimental headquarters of the Kuomintang Defense Bureau, and was rumored to be a young hero.

December 29, 1948, this day, for Li Bai and Qiu Huiying, is a day that will be unforgettable for a lifetime. On this day, Li Bai wanted to send a copy of the "Kuomintang's River Defense Plan" to Yan'an.
This plan, which is related to the liberation of Shanghai, is so important that even a radio genius like Li Bai is excited to tremble slightly.
He first sent an "emergency signal" to remind the Yan'an side: intelligence is particularly important and very urgent!
Then he began to send out reports calmly, but what Li Bai did not know was that the enemy had been tracking his radio for more than a year, and now, finally, they had locked it.

When Qiu Huiying heard it, she already understood that "the dawn" does not mean the rise of the sun tomorrow, but the liberation of Shanghai, and her husband is already in a very dangerous situation.
But she had no choice but to leave quickly with the child.

In Yan'an, the person who received Li Bai's telegram was a 16-year-old female newspaper operator, who received such an important telegram, her face turned red with excitement, and then, when she received the last sentence, she froze and could not say a word for a long time.
Then, in the office, the girls couldn't help but cry low. Li Bai was arrested in this way, and the enemy used up dozens of tortures, and he never uttered a word.
