According to the Tianyancha App, the legal representative of Audi (China) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. was changed recently from WERNER PAUL EICHHORN to DR JUERGEN UNSER.
Audi (China) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. was established in April 2009, and its business scope includes providing corporate management to enterprises and affiliates invested by its investors in China; research and development of auto parts and technologies; and as the general distributor of imported audi brands, engaged in the sales of imported automobiles and auto parts of the above brands.
According to previous media reports, Audi announced its appointment in December 2021, saying that Wen Zeyue has been the president of Audi China since January 1, 2022, and the former president, Nesperio, has retired from his post.
