1 handful of haimi
1 scoop of oyster sauce
Onion ginger to taste
1 scoop of light soy sauce
A pinch of salt
<h2>Practice steps</h2>
1: Peel and wash the winter melon into strips.
2: Soak the rice in warm water to soften.
3: Finely chop the green onion and ginger.
4: Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the chives and ginger, then add the winter melon strips and stir-fry.
5: Stir-fry the rice.
6: Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt and stir-fry.
7: Add a small amount of water and cook.
8: Sprinkle green onions and chives out of the pot.
