Step 3: Sprinkle a little dry flour on the board, take out the slack dough and roll out the rectangular dough directly; then roll out the dough into a similarly large dough; then apply some water to the dough, put the dough on the dough and press it firmly; finally use the rolling pin to roll out a rectangular dough with a thickness of 0.8-1 cm, and repair the edges neatly.
Step 4: Cut the rolled dough into strips of the same width, then use a knife to cut three knives on the skin, and the fourth knife cuts into sections; all cut well and set aside.
Step 5: Add 40 grams of water, 10 grams of sugar, 66 grams of maltose to the pot, simmer slowly over low heat until there are dense and thick bubbles, then turn off the heat and set aside.
Step 6: Add enough cooking oil to the pot, put the honey three knives into the pot at low oil temperature; fry slowly until the honey three knives float, then turn over the noodles to make it heat evenly; fry until both sides are golden brown and drain the oil.
Step 7: Put the fried honey three knives into the syrup pan, let each piece evenly wrap a layer of syrup and then put it on the plate.
