IT Home January 11 news, according to 9to5Mac news, Apple has quietly removed the Beats Pill Plus speaker, whether it is Apple's official website or Beats official website is no longer displayed.
Released in 2015, Beats Pill Plus is the first speaker under the Beats brand since it was acquired by Apple in 2014 for $3 billion, retailing for $229.
Beats Pill Plus is a more refined version of the original Beats Pill with sleeker colors and a Lightning interface for charging.
Since then, Apple and Beats have continued to build Beats' line of headphones, including the most recent Beats Fit Pro or Powerbeats, all of which have the same H1 chip and software integration as the Apple brand. However, the Pill series has received less attention, and there are currently no Pill Plus successors that have added support for Apple's AirPlay standards or integrated Siri.
IT Home learned that Beats Pill Plus is still available in the Beats Jingdong self-operated store, priced at 1398 yuan.
