At the beginning of the new year, EXEED Xingtu officially announced its entry into the field of new energy hybrid through a set of hybrid technology that pioneered "3 engines, 3 gears, 9 modes and 11 speeds". On January 7th, EXEED Starway's "Star Core PowerED ET-i Full Engine Super hybrid" technology was officially released, which has the characteristics of strong power, long endurance and extreme fuel saving. The new technology will be the first to be installed on the Starway Wind Chasing ET-i, which will open for sale, and the standard version of the car can reach a pure electric driving range of 105km, and the comprehensive driving range will exceed 1000km.
Core technology: "3 Engine 3 Gear 9 Mode 11 Speed"
In the power architecture of "Star Core Power ET-i Full Engine Super Hybrid", the "Strongest China Core" fuel engine is equipped with a full-featured DHT transmission to achieve the core advantages of the leading "3 Engine, 3 Gear, 9 Modes and 11 Speed" technology. Combined with the power architecture composed of intelligent control system and high-performance battery pack, the performance realizes the leap of China's hybrid technology from stage 1.0 to stage 2.0.
"3 engines" is the intelligent combination of internal combustion engine and dual drive motor under the power architecture. Among them, the "1 engine" is a 1.5T hybrid special engine, which can produce 115kW of power and a maximum torque of 230N·m, and the hybrid special engine of Xingtu also includes 1.5TGDI and 2.0TGDI, which are more efficient and suitable for models with higher power requirements; the other "2 engines" are 2 motors of 55kW /160N·m and 70kW/155N·m integrated in the DHT box. Compared with the existing hybrid technology, the dual motors that can participate in the drive and the specific power of up to 6.0 kW/kg are the "capital" of the "3 engines". Moreover, the maximum transfer efficiency is more than 97.6%, reaching the same level as Japanese products; the motor reaches 1.5 times the average service life of the industry.
"3 gears" means that the "Star Core Power ET-i Full Engine Super Hybrid" power architecture has the most 3 physical gears in the existing hybrid technology, and more gears also determine that the system can cope with more working conditions, higher efficiency, and can optimally balance power and fuel consumption.
"9 mode" is the abbreviation of the 9 working modes unique to the "Star Core Power ET-i Full Engine Supermix" system. Including single motor pure electric, dual motor pure electric, engine direct drive, parallel drive, parking charging, driving charging and other 9 driving modes, can be under the control of the intelligent system, according to different driving scenarios for free switching, with the most suitable and most efficient mode to match different road conditions.
"11 speeds" is 11 gear combinations that can cover all car use scenarios, covering almost all driving scenarios that users may encounter, including urban commuting, long-distance travel, extreme road conditions, etc., but also achieving a perfect balance between power and energy consumption.
Minimum comprehensive fuel consumption of "1L/100km"
From the beginning of the development of hybrid technology, energy saving is its core purpose. The power performance of hybrid models, especially the "strong power" in the high-speed range, has always been pursued by the industry.
It is reported that the total power of the two-wheel drive version of the "Star Core Power ET-i Full Engine Super Hybrid" technology can reach 240kW, the maximum wheel torque exceeds 4000N·m, the acceleration of 100 kilometers is less than 7s, the total power of the four-wheel drive version is 338kW, the maximum wheelside torque exceeds 6300N·m, and the 100 km acceleration enters the 4s level to achieve high torque and high performance. With the support of TSD's dual-shaft drive technology, there will be no power interruption and power loss during the shifting process, and the driving smoothness is comparable to that of pure electric models.
In addition, "long endurance" and "extremely fuel-efficient" are also the housekeeping skills of hybrid models. "Star Core Power ET-i Full Engine Supermix" technology further achieves the best energy efficiency, its intelligent hybrid control system, so that the 3 engines always work in the best performance range, the natural energy consumption is lower; the full road condition adaptive power mode, the power control system and the navigation system dual core interconnection, in advance to identify the road conditions and intelligently achieve the optimal power scheme; the use of CRBS energy recovery system.
