It is mainly composed of a general control unit, a display unit and a monitoring unit.
The total control unit is a key component of the hardware system, and the two-way or one-way interaction with other hardware units is the decision core of starting, running, monitoring and closing the charging pile to charge the car, and the data collected during the charging process can be transmitted to the background; the display unit is composed of LCD display, touch screen, indicator light, and buttons, which is the direct interaction object between the user and the charging pile.
The main function of the display unit is to provide charging cost information to the user and understand the user's charging needs; the monitoring unit includes analog quantity, switch volume acquisition and opening control. The analog acquisition unit obtains the data entered by the user during interaction with the display unit. Switch acquisition provides a charge amount that matches the user's charging needs based on user input data. After the user finishes charging, opening the control will guide the user to end the charging behavior.
The main function of the monitoring unit is to monitor the input and output voltage and current of the charging pile, the connection state of the charging interface and the state of the vehicle battery, so as to discover the abnormal state of charging and the vehicle battery, and protect the safety of the car and the charging pile.
