Apple CEO Tim Cook will be paid $98.7 million in 2021

Cook's base salary is $3 million, and he received a stock award of $82,347,835. The stock award is an RSU that will be awarded over time and includes a $44.8 million performance-based stock reward and a $37.5 million time-based stock reward. To date, none of the shares are vested.

Cook also owned more than 5 million shares in 2021, making a net profit of $754 million. Because these were awarded in earlier years, $754 million is not included in his 2021 compensation plan.

In addition to $3 million in salary and $82 million in stock grants, Cook received $12 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation and $1,386,559 in "other" compensation. Other compensation includes $23,077 for vacation expenses, $630,630 for security expenses, and $712,488 for personal air travel. For safety reasons, Apple asked Cook to use a private jet.

IT House understands that in 2020, Cook's total revenue was $14.8 million, excluding stock awards granted during this period. Since 2020, Cook's net worth has climbed to more than $1 billion.

Other Apple executives, such as Luca Maestri, Kate Adams, Jeff Williams and Deirdre O'Brien, have received compensation ranging from $26 million to $27 million.
