Recently, Apple claimed that a woman in Virginia was suspected of stalking company CEO Cook, applied to the court and obtained a restraining order against the woman.

How did Cook get targeted by this woman?
In its application to the court, Apple wrote that Cook first learned in late 2020 that he was the object of the woman's obsession. Cook receives a reminder when twitter accounts and content are tagged, and the woman deliberately uses "Cook" as her last name, claiming to be Cook's wife, and Cook is the father of her twins.
On Halloween 2020, the woman repeatedly posted the so-called "relationship" on Twitter. Between late October and mid-November of that year, she sent cook about 200 emails.
In applying for a restraining order against the woman, Apple said the wording of the emails was "noticeably more intense, threatening, and very disturbing," and many of the emails contained photographs of revolvers and bullets. In an email expressing a desire to have a relationship with Cook, the woman said her patience was "almost exhausted," the application said.
The woman also provided a San Jose address when she emailed Cook, but the San Jose police found that it was an Airbnb apartment and the woman did not live there.
After the emails were not responded to, the woman began to break into the house. In October 2021, she broke into Cook's private home when she asked to speak to Cook but was turned away by security guards, and minutes later, the woman returned again with an expired Porsche Macan with an expired driver's license and told the local police confronting her that she might become violent and was later detained by the local police.
Court documents show that in 2021, the woman also registered multiple fake companies in California, Virginia, New York and other places, and claimed that Cook was the company's director, director, or agent.
A week before Christmas 2021, the woman emailed Cook again, demanding $500 million in damages. According to court documents, she wrote in an email on Dec. 18, "We don't have to meet. Give me 500 million in cash. ”
On January 1 of this year, the woman tweeted that Cook would commit suicide in his apartment, and then sent an email to Cook, saying in the tone of the victim, "You must empty the apartment, I will be warning to move in for the second time next week", asking Cook to move out of the house as soon as possible.
Cook has not responded positively to the woman's actions. The latest development is that Apple has applied to the court for a restraining order, and a follow-up hearing is scheduled for March 29. Apple said the woman "may be carrying a weapon and is still in the South Bay area, intending to return to [Cook's] residence in the near future or find him elsewhere." ”

In 2020, Apple applied for a restraining order against a 41-year-old San Francisco man, Rakesh Sharma, for constantly harassing and stalking Cook and trespassing on his home.
Court documents show that Sharma's harassment began on September 25, 2019, and it all started with emails. He left Cook with an "unsettling" voicemail. A week later, Sharma made another call. After that, Sharma's behavior began to become more and more wanton, even trying to "track Cook and invade Cook's private residence".
One night in early December 2019, Sharma entered the Cook family's yard without permission, holding a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of champagne, and rang the doorbell of cook's house; on January 15, 2020, Sharma still did not stop, turned into Cook's house again, and touched the doorbell. Since then, Sharma has continued to tweet sexy photos of himself, and also mentioned Cook in it.
Apple said that before breaking into his private home, Sharma had also left another Apple executive with a "disturbing phone voice, and he also called technical customer service to say he knew the residence of the executive members.
A California court approved Apple's temporary restraining order against Sharma, which was eventually ordered to stay away from Cook, Apple's executive team and Apple Park, which will last until March 3, 2020, and a trial for Sharma's unauthorized intrusion into other people's homes.
