Gallardet University held a public confirmation Saturday through a brief Twitter exchange, sharing a video featuring undergraduate speaker Molly Fanny and inviting Cook to speak at the university's 152nd graduation ceremony on May 13.

The invitation video is about 1 minute long and Fanny uses American Sign Language with subtitles and dubbing. Feinni called Cook "an amazing visionary and leader" and said the university was "honored to invite you here to speak for us."

It is mentioned that the event will be the first planned offline graduation ceremony at Gallardet University (also apple campus) since the outbreak of the new crown epidemic.

In response to the invitation, Cook tweeted: "I'm honored! See you then! ”

As a leader in one of the world's most admired brands, Tim has demonstrated a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, representation and accessibility – values that are important to our Galadet community and many other underrepresented groups. ”

IT House understands that Cook has previously delivered graduation speeches to students, including an online graduation ceremony to Ohio State University in 2020.
