Guangzhou's first L4-level driverless bus line is Nansha 23 Road, running from Hengli Metro Station Bus Terminal to Lingshan Island Ring Line, with a total length of 8.5 kilometers, officially launched on January 1, 2022, with daily service hours from 7:00 to 19:00.

According to reports, the Nansha 23 autonomous bus demonstration line adopts the technology of "bicycle intelligence + network empowerment", and the route has achieved full automatic driving, which is the first L4-level unmanned bus demonstration line in Guangzhou and even South China.

The vehicle adopts a blue body, which can control the control system "Xiaoyu" through the voice robot of the intelligent bus, control the "turn on lights" and "turn on the air conditioner", etc., and is also equipped with professional-level safety officers, 2 64-line lidar, 12 high-definition cameras, USB interface and slow brake button. If an emergency occurs, passengers can press the retard button in time to slow down the vehicle.
