Marshal Han ai general proposed to go deep behind enemy lines to fight guerrilla warfare, smuggle himself into Hainan to make Qigong, and promote him to division commander

As we all know, the cavalry, as the decisive force of the cold weapon era, has basically declared the complete end of its historical mission since the end of World War II. In the early 1950s, the Chinese Volunteer Army crossed the Yalu River and went to Fight in Korea, kicking off the Prelude to the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea.

After five world wars of military competition, there is no accurate result of who wins and who loses on the Korean Peninsula between China and the United States. The U.S. government has proposed holding peace talks with China and North Korea in the hope of stopping the fighting. In this regard, both China and the DPRK feel that we are still at a disadvantage in technology and equipment, the US side will not be so easy to ask for forgiveness, this war will continue to be fought, and the sixth war may start. So how was the sixth campaign fought? As deputy commander of the Volunteer Army, Marshal Han made an important proposal.

For the Korean battlefield, he proposed the idea of guerrilla warfare behind enemy lines. Because Marshal Han participated in the whole process from the First Campaign to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea to the Fifth Campaign to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, it can be said that he is very familiar with this war. And in his early experiences, he fought in a unique way, making a great contribution with his military abilities.

Guerrilla warfare is an important magic weapon and glorious tradition of our army. We defeated the Japanese and Kuomintang reactionaries with guerrilla warfare. He proposed a plan to form a guerrilla group, which was strongly supported by Mr. Peng. He ordered the formation of guerrilla units behind enemy lines. According to Marshal Han's plan, a part of the troops were drawn from the volunteer army to form a team of more than 2,000 people.

Years of revolutionary experience have taught us that guerrilla warfare is arduous, so the selected volunteers are strong and powerful. If the generals are well chosen, then there must be a good general to lead them, who should be chosen and how? That's the problem!

The reason why he dared to take risks was because he had a very powerful first-class division under him, that is, the 118th Division. The director of the political department of the 118th Division was Liu Zhenhua, who followed Marshal Han in the northeast battlefield and participated in a series of fierce battles of the Third Column. Marshal Han knew Liu Zhenhua very well, and he could use both military and political uses. Although Liu Zhenhua did political work for a long time, Marshal Han had the wisdom to make him the commander-in-chief of the reinforcement regiment.

Liu Zhenhua is a native of Tai'an, Shandong Province, and his family is poor. He has studied very hard since he was a child and has been able to rank first in the class every year. When the Japanese began to invade our country on a large scale, the people were miserable. In 1938, at the age of 17, Liu Zhenhua joined the Eighth Route Army. Bold and careful, Liu Zhenhua dared to take risks and survived to the death, and he was indeed the best candidate for the commander of the guerrilla detachment. Therefore, Mr. Peng was very recognized and appointed Liu Zhenhua as the commander of the guerrilla detachment.

On March 26, 1950, a reinforcement regiment led by Liu Zhenhua infiltrated Hainan Island in the second batch of more than 2,000 soldiers. After the successful landing, Liu Zhenhua said very firmly: When the army sets out, it can only advance, not retreat. He led the landing force to the Five Finger Mountain and led the soldiers to fight in blood. Four days later, he successfully met with the Qiongya Column and the Pioneer Battalion. After the liberation of Hainan Island, our army created the myth of wooden boats hitting warships.

After the guerrilla group was successfully formed, it was decided to seize the opportunity to launch the sixth campaign, give the guerrillas a chance to fight behind enemy lines, and open up a battlefield behind enemy lines. Unfortunately, due to various reasons, the sixth battle did not start in the end, and Liu Zhenhua's guerrilla detachment never went out. I believe that if the sixth campaign begins, the troops led by Liu Zhenhua will definitely be able to show their popularity!

Liu Zhenhua was awarded major general in 1964 and general in 1988, serving as political commissar of the Shenyang Military Region and the Beijing Military Region. Success.

In the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, they fought bravely and made great contributions. The liberation of Hainan Island can be said to be the most important battle in Liu Zhenhua's life, and there are many stories to sing and cry in the process. Therefore, there is no doubt that Liu Zhenhua's liberation of Hainan is a great feat for the country, and we should not forget these heroes.
