Since its inception in 2018, the "Jinxian Story Club" has held nearly 200 lectures so far. Recently, the project stood out among the 70 cases participated in the appraisal in the province and was rated as an excellent case of public cultural services in Guangdong Province in 2021.

In 2021, jieyang city art popularization and quality improvement culture sharing project was officially awarded by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province, becoming a demonstration project of public cultural service system in Guangdong Province. The coverage from the beginning in the urban area is relatively small, and now it covers Beiyang, Pandong, yangmei has been. There are many categories, basically we can think of them, even sports, character training, clothing design, ceramics and so on. By this year, there are 55 training institutions, and the total number of people has reached nearly 10,000.
In 2021, jieyang city cultural center held 12 activities for the benefit of the people at the grass-roots level of literature and art, as well as 8 exhibition and performance activities jointly participated by 55 literary and art volunteer training bases in our museum, through which the vast number of literary and artistic volunteers have narrowed the connection with the people and stimulated a high enthusiasm for literary and artistic creation.
2021 is a year of rapid progress in the integration of the city's public cultural service system, in this year, cultural inns, rural cultural auditoriums, etc. came into being, works close to the masses and close to life are loved by the audience, and the spiritual "food" of the masses is becoming more and more abundant.
