The 2021-2022 2022 Biathlon International Training Week came to a successful conclusion

A few days ago, the 2021-2022 Biathlon International Training Week was successfully concluded in Zhangjiakou, and this training week tested the venue facilities and service guarantee capabilities of the National Biathlon Center, and conducted a comprehensive training for the Winter Olympics.

This biathlon International Training Week was attended by 26 waxers, test skaters and 1 foreign expert. The testers conduct 8 hours of testing every day to comprehensively test the competition work in all aspects of the athletes' comprehensive area, track, waxing room and other venues. At the same time, in order to test the service guarantee capacity of the venue, it also operates in full accordance with the standards of the game in terms of catering, security, transportation and so on.

The National Biathlon Centre is the only venue among the three competition venues in the Ancient Poplar Arena Group to undertake winter Paralympic events. The construction of the center's barrier-free facilities was previously completed on time and put into use during this training week. The reporter saw that where there was a difference in height and steps in the site, a barrier-free ramp with an angle of about 3 degrees was set up. At the same time, the main and temporary stands are equipped with barrier-free facilities and streamlines, and the best viewing position is reserved for the disabled people.

During the training week, the National Biathlon Center also tested the service guarantee work in 17 fields such as electricity, technology, medical treatment and volunteers according to the competition standards, and the work ran smoothly. With the successful conclusion of this training week, the series of test activities before the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games have all come to a successful end, and the preparations for the Winter Olympics have entered the final sprint stage.
