He used superstition to fool the people into becoming emperor, not knowing that he was just a pawn in the hands of others.
At the end of the Yuan Dynasty, when the rulers focused on reform and social contradictions intensified unprecedentedly, Han Lin'er's father, Han Shantong, organized the White Lotus Sect, imitating Chen Sheng and Wu Guang's "Chen Sheng Wang", and carved the words "This thing will be reversed once it appears in the world" on the Cyclops.

After this object was dug up by migrant workers, the news that "the whole world will be opposed" did not go away, coupled with the inaction of the rulers, causing panic among the people of the whole country. Han Shantong seized the opportunity to organize a rebel army and played "three thousand tigers, straight to the land of Youyan; flying dragon for nine days, reopening the heavens of the Great Song Dynasty." With the slogan, Han Shantong followed Liu Bei's example and called himself the eighth grandson of Emperor Huizong of Song, who took advantage of the ignorance of the people to portray himself as a savior.
Sure enough, the ideal society he had created for the people was very appealing, but just as the uprising was going on in a mighty way, the inactive court also felt the pressure to suddenly send troops to suppress it.
Although Han Shantong had the ability to deceive people's minds, the White Lotus Sect he organized was only a ragtag group after all, and the results of the war between the two armies could be imagined, and after Han Shantong's tragic sacrifice, Han Lin'er and his mother were forced to flee. Although Han Shantong died, his seduction of the people still existed, and after his death, the people transferred this belief to Han Lin'er.
In the spring of the fifteenth year, Han Shantong's subordinate Liu Futong welcomed Han Lin'er to Mi Prefecture, and Han Lin'er was made the King of Xiaoming, and the Han and Song dynasties were formally established, after which Liu Futong established himself as a chancellor and monopolized power. Xu was through several victorious battles, the hearts of the Great Song Dynasty were floating, and they gradually went downhill, and the inferiority of the small peasant regime was gradually exposed.
Soon after, the Yuan Dynasty counterattacked, the Song generals shirked their responsibilities, and the generals in the army complained bitterly. According to historical records, in the ninth year of LongFeng, Han Lin'er was trapped in Anfeng, "the people in the city cannibalize each other, and there are corpses buried on the ground and rot, and they are also dug up and eaten." Or take the mud at the bottom of the well as a pill and eat it with human frying. Seeing this scene, Han Lin'er did not have the heart of a tragic martyr, but instead wept day and night, and Liu Futong saw that the general trend had gone, and could only ask for help from Zhu Yuanzhang.
In the twenty-third year of Zhengzheng, Zhu Yuanzhang led an army to defeat Lü Zhen and rescue Han Lin'er, and after Zhu Yuanzhang rescued Han Lin'er, he treated him with the courtesy of a monarch. However, his subordinate Liu Ji refused to bow down and worship, "Pi Mu put up his ears, what is it to worship!" Han Lin'er had no great ambitions, and after this suffering, he was even more unintentional to the throne.
Zhu Yuanzhang was already ambitious, and his subordinate Liu Ji was advised with the four words "Where the Mandate of Heaven is", and over time, the power of the government was transferred to Zhu Yuanzhang's hands. In the tenth year of Longfeng, Zhu Yuanzhang proclaimed himself the King of Wu, following cao Cao's example of "blackmailing the son of heaven to order the princes". In the twelfth year of Long Feng, Han Lin'er fell into the water and died, and the Qunchen repeatedly advised Zhu Yuanzhang to "reluctantly" claim the title of emperor.
Everyone in the world says that Han Lin'er died in the middle of the river because of Zhu Yuanzhang's plot, and if Han Lin'er did not die, Zhu Yuanzhang would never ascend the throne. However, whether this matter was planned by Zhu Yuanzhang is still uncertain.
However, after Zhu Yuanzhang ascended the throne, he handled internal worries, solved external troubles, and the military and political power was relatively concentrated, and the people finally ushered in a peaceful and prosperous world.
Later generations commented on Han Lin'er and said, "In the rise of the emperor, there will be pioneers who will make it into their night, and the husband will be accidental!" "After Han Lin'er ascended to the throne, he was first a puppet of Liu Futong, and then a puppet of Zhu Yuanzhang, and nothing was his sovereignty, although his experience was tragic, but he awakened the heart of the people to revolt, if he was not a pioneer, the people would still live in the depths of the Yuan Dynasty.
Exchanging the gains and losses of one person for the general trend of the world is sad but lamentable.
